Foxes have finally appeared in the forest! I love these mushrooms, they are so beautiful and tasty, they are a pleasure to cook. I’m sharing a recipe for a signature summer dish - chanterelles with potatoes fried in sour cream.
Fried potatoes with chanterelles and onions

Ingredients
- 500 g chanterelles;
- 500 g potatoes;
- 1 large onion;
- 1–2 tablespoons vegetable oil;
- salt - to taste.
Preparation
Cut the chanterelles into halves or quarters, potatoes into small pieces, and onions into fine pieces.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the onion for 4-5 minutes and add the chanterelles. After 15 minutes, add the potatoes, add salt and continue to fry until tender, about 20 minutes or a little longer.
