Before you start preparing it, make sure that all the necessary ingredients are on hand:

  • potatoes – 5-7 pieces;
  • mushrooms - about half a kilogram;
  • chicken eggs – 3-4 pieces;
  • sour cream;
  • milk – 1 glass;
  • bulb onions.

How to cook:

  1. First of all, wash the potatoes and peel them, then put them on the fire and cook until fully cooked.
  2. Now that the potatoes are boiling, move on to the other ingredients for the filling. Wash the mushrooms and cut into thin slices, and cut the onion into small cubes.
  3. Next, you will need a deep frying pan, pour in vegetable oil, and then pour in the onions first, and then the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. The dish needs to be simmered for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, the potatoes were boiled. Make a puree out of it, pour a glass of milk, and then add salt. Add raw eggs and butter to the resulting mass. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

  • champignons – 400 g;
  • onions - 2 pcs.;
  • sour cream – 2 tbsp;
  • vegetable oil - for frying mushrooms;
  • hard cheese – 150 g;
  • butter – 1 tbsp;
  • salt, black pepper - to taste.

Quantity: 5-6 servings.

Cooking time: 1 hour.

Recipe for potato casserole with champignons

  1. First, boil the potatoes in their skins until half cooked.

  2. Wash the champignons, cut them: caps into slices, legs into small pieces. Place in a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil and salt. Make the fire low, close the lid, the mushrooms should release their juice.

  3. After this, add chopped onion and fry everything until golden brown.

  4. Peel the potatoes, cut into rings.
  5. Let's start assembling the casserole. Grease the mold with butter, lay out half the potatoes. Salt, pepper, grease with half the sour cream.

  6. Place mushrooms on top, smooth, brush with remaining sour cream.

  7. Place a second layer of potatoes, salt and pepper.

In the summer, the casserole can be varied by adding tomatoes. It turns out very tasty!

Ingredients needed for cooking:

  • potatoes – 1 kilogram;
  • champignons – half a kilogram;
  • onions - 2-3 onions;
  • hard cheese - a small block;
  • tomatoes – 5-7 pieces (depending on size);
  • mayonnaise – 150-200 grams;
  • black pepper, salt.

Cooking process:

  1. First you should tackle the potatoes. Wash it, peel it, then cut it.
  2. Wash and lightly peel the mushrooms, cut into slices and fry.
  3. Chop the onion into thin rings and add to the mushrooms that are being fried.
  4. Now you will need a baking sheet. Grease it with oil, then lay out a thin layer of chopped potatoes, followed by mushrooms and onions and tomatoes cut into rings. Lubricate all ingredients generously with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese, and at the end add another layer of mayonnaise.
  5. Don't forget to season each layer with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Bake the dish in the oven for about an hour until fully cooked.

After removing the casserole from the oven, sprinkle it with chopped herbs and cut into pieces.

With tomatoes or other vegetables

For this casserole you will need 3 layers of potatoes and 1 layer of mushrooms and tomatoes.

Cut potatoes and tomatoes into slices no more than 5 mm thick.

Chop the mushrooms and fry with onions in vegetable oil using any of 2 methods (given below).

Place a layer of potatoes in a greased pan and sprinkle with spices. Place fried mushrooms on top. Another layer of potatoes, seasoned with spices and coated with mayonnaise. Then add slices of tomatoes or other vegetables of your choice.

Instead of tomatoes, you can use sweet peppers, eggplants or cauliflower, individually or all together. Cut the pepper into strips, eggplants into thin slices, and separate the cabbage into inflorescences.

Cover the layer of vegetables again with potatoes, salt, sprinkle with herbs and spread with a thick layer of mayonnaise. Bake in the oven at 180° for about an hour. Readiness is determined by using a fork - the potatoes should become soft and easily pierced.

Casserole with potatoes, mushrooms and chicken

If you want to make the casserole even more satisfying, add chicken to it.

So, what you need to prepare:

  • chicken fillet – half a kilogram;
  • champignons - half a kilogram;
  • potatoes – 5-7 pieces;
  • onion - 1 piece;
  • carrots - several pieces;
  • low-fat yogurt;
  • olive oil;
  • pepper;
  • salt;
  • dill.

Cooking method:

  1. Tackle the potatoes first. Peel it, then cut it into slices.
  2. The carrots need to be peeled and coarsely grated.
  3. After peeling the mushrooms, chop them.
  4. Cut the peeled onion into small cubes.
  5. Chop the chicken fillet or breast very finely (you can put it through a blender).
  6. Place the above ingredients in a baking dish layer by layer. However, remember that there should be a second layer of potatoes on top.
  7. Pour yoghurt over the future casserole, sprinkle with finely chopped dill, add salt and pepper.
  8. Now you can put the dish in the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes.

Carrots in this recipe can be replaced with eggplants. They will give the dish a special taste and aroma.

Just three ingredients and spices to taste!

You will need:
1 kg of potatoes, 400 g of sour cream, 50 g of butter, spices and herbs.
Preparation:

Cut the potatoes into thin slices, mix with spices and melted butter, and place in the pan. Pour sour cream over everything and bake for about an hour at 200 degrees.

Casserole in the Redmond multicooker

If you have a Redmond multicooker or any other model at your disposal, you can cook potato casserole in it. The dish will turn out even more appetizing and aromatic.

Prepare the following ingredients:

  • potatoes - half a kilogram;
  • cheese – 100-200 grams;
  • mushrooms – half a kilogram;
  • sour cream – 200 grams;
  • eggs – 3-4 pieces;
  • onions – 1-2 pieces;
  • flour.

Cooking process:

  1. First of all, chop the onions and mushrooms. Then place them on the bottom of a multicooker bowl, generously greased with vegetable oil, turn on the “Stew” mode and simmer for about 25 minutes.
  2. Take a deep bowl or plate, break eggs into it, add sour cream and flour. Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a fork, getting rid of lumps.
  3. When the mushrooms are cooked, place them in a separate bowl.
  4. Now get to the potatoes. It can be grated or cut into slices. Line the bottom of the multicooker bowl with foil, and then place half the potatoes on it.
  5. Pour the previously prepared mixture of flour and eggs over the potatoes.
  6. Place stewed mushrooms and onions on potatoes. Drizzle them with a few tablespoons of the egg mixture.
  7. The next and final layer will be potatoes. It also needs to be poured with the rest of the mixture, and then sprinkled with grated hard cheese. Select the “Oven” mode and cook the casserole for an hour.

Lenten casserole with potatoes and mushrooms

  • 200 gr. pasta;
  • 200 gr. mushrooms;
  • 1 large onion;
  • half a glass of flour;
  • 200 gr. hard cheese;
  • a glass of milk;
  • 2 eggs;
  • salt, paprika, coriander, black pepper.

Preparation:

  1. Boil vermicelli in salted water.
  2. Cut the onion into small cubes. Mushrooms - in slices. Fry in oil.
  3. Pour flour into milk in a thin stream, add eggs and spices. Mix well.
  4. Place in layers: vermicelli, grated cheese, mushrooms and onions, milk, vermicelli again, grated cheese.
