  • 0.250 kg champignons;

To make the dough, you should sift the flour, add yeast, sugar and salt to it, heat the milk and pour it into the flour. Knead the dough. It turns out soft and a little sticky to your hands. Before completing the kneading, pour in 2 large tablespoons of vegetable oil. Leave the dough for 30 minutes to rise.

Wash the mushrooms and chop into small cubes. Peel the onion and chop. Fry the vegetables together. Boil the potatoes, peel them and crush them, adding sour cream. Combine the fried pecheritsa with mashed potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and mix everything.

The finished dough needs to be kneaded a little and formed into a flat cake. It should be 2 centimeters thick. Place the pastry in the middle of the pie, gather the edges up and pinch them. Turn the pie over, seam side down, straighten out the contents. Preheat the oven and bake for 40 minutes until golden bubbles appear on top.
