How to fry honey mushrooms in a slow cooker
This recipe is very simple and quick to prepare. The housewife will not need to stand at the stove and monitor the cooking process. A smart device will do everything for her. It is enough to prepare the necessary products and start the “frying” program in the multicooker. The dish turns out much tastier, juicier, more aromatic than when cooked on a regular stove. Ingredients:
- honey mushrooms - 0.5 kg;
- 2 onions;
- 1 carrot;
- 1 tsp salt;
- 50 ml. vegetable oil;
- pepper to taste.
Cooking steps:
1. Wash the mushrooms in warm water, pour boiling water over them, and leave to stand for 10 minutes. I cut the onion into half rings and the onion into strips. I turn on the “fry” mode on the multicooker for 10 minutes. I pour vegetable oil into a bowl, fry the onion in it for 5 minutes, then add the carrots. Fry until the end of the “frying” mode

This dish is very filling. It's good for dinner. The constituent components are:
- Russian or Dutch cheese - 200 g.
- Potatoes - 600 g.
- High fat cream - 200 g.
- Frozen honey mushrooms - 400 g.
- Dried mushrooms and dill - 50 g each.
- Butter - 80 g.
- Breadcrumbs - 10 g.
- Nutmeg - 2 g.
- Salt - to taste.
To prepare, you need to do the following:
- Wash the potato tubers well and peel them. Rinse and place in a container with water. Place on the stove and boil until half cooked. Cool.
- Break the dried mushrooms with your hands.
- Place the saucepan on the stove and heat it up. After this you need to melt the butter.
- Add frozen and broken dry mushrooms.
- Cook the mushroom mixture until it becomes sauce-like.
- Wash the greens well and sort them. Dry and finely chop.
- Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with some breadcrumbs.
- Cut the potato tubers into thin slices. Load half the portion into the mold and sprinkle with nutmeg and salt.
- Place the mushrooms on the potatoes, and place the potato slices on top of them again. Add salt to the casserole and sprinkle with herbs.
- Shake the cream well and distribute it evenly over the entire potato surface.
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees and place the casserole. Cooking time is 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, you need to spread pieces of cheese on the surface and wait until it melts.
