I described a more simplified version, with water. But you can also make a full-fledged sauce: mix tomato paste plus sour cream or mayonnaise, and also add some spices. Pour in water and stir.
Ingredients:
- Minced chicken – 1 kg
- Bell pepper - 1 pc.
- Tomato - 1-3 pcs.
- Boiled potatoes - 1-3 pcs.
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Parsley and dill - a bunch
- Salt, pepper and seasonings (for chicken, khmeli-suneli) - to taste
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Water - 1.5 cups
Preparation:
1. Finely chop the onion and garlic, or grind in a blender. Finely chop the greens. Add all this to the minced meat. Put salt, pepper and seasonings there. Mix well and beat (lift the minced meat over a bowl or table and throw it back with force) 10-15 times.
