A very tasty recipe for potatoes with meat and zucchini
Potatoes with meat in pots in the oven are a tasty, satisfying and high-calorie dish. By adding zucchini to it, you will make it dietary, light, and it goes well in taste with both meat and vegetables. In this recipe, we fry the meat with onions and zucchini a little, but you can do without this and immediately put all the products in the pot. Your favorite seasonings and spices will improve the taste of the dish.

- Pork – 600 gr.

Cooking process:

2. Rinse the pork with cold water, wipe dry with a napkin and cut the meat into medium pieces. Then fry it over high heat until golden brown, but not cooked.
3. Peel the zucchini and onion and chop them into medium pieces. Place the chopped vegetables in a frying pan and fry them along with the meat over medium heat for 6–7 minutes. Then sprinkle everything with pepper and salt to your taste.

Here is a classic version of your favorite dish - meat stewed in sour cream with potatoes. A juicy and incredibly tasty dish that you won’t be able to tear yourself away from until it’s gone.
Take for 3 pots:
- Beef – 700 gr.
- Potatoes – 6 tubers.
- Sour cream – 100 ml.
- Carrot.
- Garlic – 2 cloves.
- Bulb.
- Seasoning for beef.
- Butter – 60 gr.
- Salt - a small spoon.
- Sunflower oil – 4 large spoons.
- Water – glass + 70 ml each. in pots.
- Bay leaves - a couple.
Step by step recipe:
Cut the onion into quarter rings.
Coarsely grate the carrots.
Rinse the meat and pat dry with paper napkins. Cut into fairly large cubes.
Add oil to the pan and heat it up. Lay out the sliced meat. Start frying, stirring constantly to ensure even frying. Set the fire to maximum.
Soon the meat will change color and release a lot of juice.
Wait for the juice to evaporate, add the onion and carrots. Stir the contents. Don't turn down the fire. Cook, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes.
Add all the seasonings specified in the recipe and salt. Pour in a glass of water. Stir and continue simmering for about 40 minutes (total cooking time depends on the age of the animal). Cover the dish with a lid and turn the heat to low.
At the end of the specified time, pour in sour cream, stir, simmer for another 3-4 minutes.
At the same time, peel the potatoes and cut them into large cubes.
Finely chop the garlic cloves.
Place raw potatoes, almost cooked meat, garlic in a pan, sprinkle with seasonings. Mix the ingredients well.
Distribute the contents among the pots.
Add 70 ml to each. water.

Bake in the oven for exactly 1 hour 15 minutes, placing in a cold oven and then preheating the oven to 220°C.

- Wash the piece of beef, dry it, cut into pieces. Place in a bowl, pour in soy sauce, add seasonings as desired. Pepper and mix with your hands. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

- buckwheat - 200 g;
- champignons - 400 gr;
