The dish has a delicate and soft consistency, looks aesthetically pleasing, and has a delicious creamy taste. It does not require much time or special cooking skills; it is considered a classic of the genre.
Ingredients:
- honey mushrooms;
- 2 tbsp. sour cream;
- 1 medium onion;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- vegetable oil.
Cooking steps:
1. Clean, wash, and cook mushrooms in water for 20 minutes. The water should cover the mushrooms during cooking; they will release juice during the cooking process. As soon as they boil, I begin to remove the foam and add salt. Reduce heat and cook until done. I turn off the heat, strain the mushrooms (I don’t pour out the broth), rinse them in running water, and cut them into large pieces.
All heat treatment of mushrooms should be at least 30 minutes, including boiling and frying.

- White onion - 1 pc.
- Frozen honey mushrooms - 500 g.
