A recipe for real mushroom pickers who are not interested in just champignons!

You will need:
1 kg of potatoes, 500 g of wild mushrooms, 1 onion, 300 g of cream, 2 eggs, 1 clove of garlic, salt and pepper, 200 g of cheese.
Preparation:

1. Slice the mushrooms and fry them with the onions over medium heat until the moisture has evaporated. 2. Cut the potatoes into thin slices and place one layer in the pan. 3. Whip cream with eggs, spices and crushed garlic. Add grated cheese there. 4. Pour a small amount of sauce over the potatoes, add the mushrooms, and add again. 5. Continue alternating layers and finally pour the remaining sauce on top. 6. Cover with foil and bake for an hour at 180 degrees, then remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes.

Potatoes with chicken fillet: product list

Chicken meat is also often used in simple and delicious recipes. In this case, you can use any part of the chicken, but it’s best to stick to the fillet. For this version of the dish you need to take:

  • onion head;
  • one breast;
  • 200 grams of champignons;
  • three cloves of garlic;
  • one small carrot;
  • four potato tubers;
  • a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Ground coriander or cumin also goes great with this recipe for potatoes with chicken and mushrooms in the oven. It is also worth seasoning the dish with hot pepper to taste.

Cooking chicken and potatoes

Chicken fillet is cut into strips, quite finely. If there is a skin, it is removed. The onion is peeled and cut into half rings. Peel the carrots and cut into small cubes. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken. Stir the fillet for four minutes, then add onions and carrots to it. Fry for another five minutes. The champignons are washed, the dark spots are cut off, and each is cut into four slices. Add mushrooms and spices to the pan. In another frying pan, fry the potatoes until crisp.

Place potatoes in a baking dish and coat them with mayonnaise. Place a mixture of chicken fillet and vegetables on top. The garlic is peeled and finely chopped. Sprinkle the dish with it. Cook in the oven for about thirty minutes.

Delicious potato dishes include many original recipes. For a long time now, this root vegetable has not only been boiled or fried. Baked potatoes are really tasty. Mushrooms are often added to it, fresh champignons are best, but sometimes pickled ones, for piquancy.
