So I’m very glad that I found him in due time - he helped me out more than once or twice! Therefore, I am happy to share with you an easy way to prepare meat casserole with mushrooms in half an hour! Purpose: For lunch / Inexpensive Main ingredient: Meat / Mushrooms / Champignons / Minced meat Dish: Hot dishes / Casserole
Potato casserole with double stuffing
Preparing a casserole according to this recipe will take you no more than half an hour. Keep in mind that the ingredients listed are for eight people, so if you are making a dish for a large company, you will naturally have to increase the amount of ingredients needed.
- 18 potatoes
- fresh minced pork - ½ kilogram
- same amount of ground beef
- 300 grams of champignons (you can use any other mushrooms)
- three medium onions
- one egg
- one ripe tomato
- add salt and spices at your discretion
- 300 milliliters milk
- 200 grams of hard cheese (no need to buy an expensive variety)
- one package of sour cream
Start by peeling the potatoes, when finished, place them in a deep pan with lightly salted water and cook until tender. Then drain the excess liquid and mash the vegetable into a puree, adding a pre-beaten egg and warm milk, slightly heated over low heat. The main task is to achieve a homogeneous mass without lumps, so to make your efforts easier, you can use a blender or mixer. If you are preparing a casserole for a child, then it is recommended to only add a homemade egg, the quality of which you are 100% sure of. Instead, add a not too large piece of butter to the puree.
While the potatoes are cooling, make the mince. To do this, cut the onion into small cubes and fry it until translucent in a saucepan with the addition of vegetable oil. When the vegetable acquires a barely noticeable golden hue, add the tomato cut into small pieces. Cook with constant stirring: as soon as you see that the juice has come out, add the champignons, which you have previously peeled and cut into thin slices. All ingredients are simmered over low heat under the lid for no longer than ten minutes. At the very end, add the already salted mixture of ground beef and pork. To prevent it from forming lumps, before doing this, mash it well in a separate bowl, and you can season it with ground black pepper if you wish. Fry the minced meat on a low burner flame until the product changes color - it should lighten.
The filling for the casserole is ready, all that remains is to assemble the dish. This is done very simply: grease the insides of the mold with vegetable oil, place ½ of the puree on the bottom and smooth it well with a special spatula. The second layer consists of cooled minced meat, which will also need to be “beaten down” a little, and at the very end the remaining potatoes are laid out. To make the dish brown and have a golden crust, mix grated cheese with sour cream and brush the casserole, carefully leveling it. All that's left to do is put your creation in the oven. The recommended cooking temperature is an average of 200 degrees. After about 20 minutes, you can take out the dish and eat it, pouring mayonnaise, sour cream or cream on it.
Potato casserole stuffed with pork and mushrooms
Potato casserole is an ideal dish for the lazy. Every woman has a moment when she simply doesn’t have the strength to go into the kitchen, but why not leave her family members hungry? It is for such cases that this simple recipe will come in handy. We used fresh meat, which we boiled and passed through a meat grinder. However, to save time and energy, you can buy ready-made minced meat: you won’t have to struggle with it for a long time - just lightly salt and pepper and knead thoroughly.
- one and a half kilograms of white potatoes (we recommend using the crumbly variety)
- three chicken eggs
- flour - three large spoons
- salt
- half a kilogram of pork
- 500 grams of fresh mushrooms (we added champignons)
- sunflower oil - for frying
- two rather large onions
- black pepper (ground) - optional
- 20 grams of sour cream
- one yolk
- a little butter (needed to grease the pan)
Boil the peeled potatoes, then mash them a little and add the amount of flour and beaten eggs specified in the recipe and stir well. To get rid of lumps and achieve perfect homogeneity, we recommend using a blender. Salt and pepper the dish solely at your own discretion, because everyone has their own wishes.
Now it's time to prepare the minced meat. To do this, cook the meat over medium heat, adding a few pinches of table salt to the water. Meanwhile, cut one onion into small pieces and fry it in a saucepan into which pour vegetable oil. When the pork is ready, chop it into pieces and grind it using a meat grinder, then combine it with the onion and simmer for a few more minutes. If you want the dish to be quite juicy, add a little meat broth to the pan and cover with a lid.
The second part of the filling consists of mushrooms and again onions. You need to cut both ingredients (champignons into cubes) and fry them in a frying pan with butter, sprinkle with pepper and salt to your personal taste.
Now proceed to the final stage of preparing a flavorful dish - assembling the casserole. Take a mold - it can be either a detachable metal or glass heat-resistant dish or a regular frying pan - and cover it with parchment, pre-greased. Then lay out the products in layers, leveling each new “floor” with a kitchen spatula: first comes 0.5 potatoes, then meat, a little mashed potatoes, then the mushroom filling and the crown of the creation is the remaining potatoes. Now use a whisk to whisk the sour cream and yolk and brush the resulting mixture over the top of the dish. If you have leftover champignons, cut them into circles and decorate the dish, which is cooked in the oven at a temperature no higher than 220 degrees. Please note that the lower the heat in the oven, the longer the casserole should be kept in it.
You can serve your culinary masterpiece either hot or cold. Suitable gravy is mayonnaise, which you can also make yourself, sour cream or not too fatty homemade cream.
Recipe for juicy casserole with pork, mushrooms and tomatoes
Pork is not a very light meat; chicken, turkey or rabbit are preferred. But you can occasionally treat yourself to a delicious dinner. The main thing: choose pulp without pieces of fat, and then the calorie content of the finished dish will be much less. In addition, the recipe includes mushrooms and tomatoes, and their energy value is minimal!
Necessary:
- Minced pork or a piece of pulp – 500 g;
- mushrooms – 200 g;
- fresh tomatoes – 300 g;
- chicken eggs - 2 pieces;
- garlic – 3 cloves;
- seasonings and salt - to taste.
How to do:
- The dish is easy to prepare. First, start with the meat. Pepper and salt the pork; if you have pieces, then chop the pieces in a meat grinder yourself. Mix the minced meat with eggs, crushed garlic, and for flavor you can add finely chopped herbs or onions.
- Place the meat on the bottom of the mold, first grease the sides with vegetable oil.
- Chop the mushrooms into thin longitudinal pieces. Don't let them be too small. Carefully place them on the minced meat.
- Tomatoes are the final layer. Cut them into thin slices.
- Bake the dish in the oven for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
The dish is very aromatic. It will be suitable for both lunch and evening meals.
Juicy casserole with pork, mushrooms and tomatoes
Potato casserole stuffed with chicken
Most women prefer light and low-fat foods, and not every stomach is able to digest beef or pork. Therefore, we will tell you a recipe for potato casserole stuffed with dietary chicken meat. You can prepare this dish for dinner or treat your girlfriends to it when you have a bachelorette party at home. In addition, it is ideal for a warm family meeting at the festive table. Now you will have another reason to get everyone together!
- seasonings - optional
- a little less than a kilogram of potatoes
- champignons (or other mushrooms) - 400 grams
- ½ kilogram of chicken fillet
- 150 grams of “Russian” cheese (you can buy any product you wish)
- onions - two pieces
- 4 grams salt
- one and a half cups of warm milk
- one egg
- two tablespoons of olive oil (we recommend using refined oil)
For the casserole, you can buy any meat: brisket or thigh. However, if you want to save time, it is better to use chicken fillet - it does not require cutting and is less of a headache. Just cut it into thin strips.
To begin, peel the onions and chop them into thin half rings, and the mushrooms into medium-sized pieces. You don't have to use fresh champignons - if you have dried ones, add them. However, such mushrooms need to be prepared in advance - add hot water and leave for fifteen minutes. Then drain the remaining liquid and fry them a little in a frying pan, adding vegetable oil. There is a second option: boil the dried mushrooms, and then follow the same technology described in the previous case, that is, simmer the product for a short time. Instead of champignons, you can put honey mushrooms, chanterelles, oyster mushrooms in the casserole filling - in general, anything you like.
So, we’ve dealt with the mushrooms, now we move on to the next stage. Take chicken slices, sprinkle them with salt and seasonings to your taste, then place them in an already preheated saucepan, adding a little vegetable oil, and fry without ceasing to stir. When the meat lightens, add the onion and champignons and keep on low heat for about seven more minutes.
While the filling is cooling, start preparing the potatoes: peel them and cut them into finger-thick slices, then place exactly half of the resulting portion in a greased heat-resistant dish. Next come the following layers of products: onions with mushrooms and chicken, sprinkled with salt and spices, and the remaining potatoes.
The following mixture will help you achieve a golden brown and crispy crust: combine heated milk and eggs in one bowl, whisking the ingredients. Now grease the casserole with a special brush and place it in the oven, which should already be preheated by this time (recommended temperature - 190 degrees). First, grate the Russian cheese, and after half an hour, after removing the dish from the oven, sprinkle it on top and keep it in the oven for about ten minutes.
This casserole can easily be classified as a quick meal, as its preparation takes very little time. But if you have the desire, as well as the opportunity, you can try another option: boil the potatoes and, adding a small piece of butter, mash them. The dish is laid out in the same layers as in the previous recipe, that is: ½ potatoes, onion and mushroom filling, chicken, leftover mashed potatoes. Pour everything over with a mixture of milk and eggs, sprinkled with grated cheese. In principle, instead of the indicated ingredients, sour cream, cream or mayonnaise are suitable - in the end you will still get the long-awaited golden crust.

With mushrooms
Wonderful dish! Last year we prepared it for the New Year's table. It turned out not just delicious, but amazingly delicious! The dish is shaped like a birthday cake. Prepare this casserole ahead of time and try it. And you will definitely want to put it on the holiday table.
Do not be upset if you notice a discrepancy between the product name and composition. I decided to tell you about this amazing recipe only because chicken meat can be cut very finely (chopped). Then it will turn out - chopped minced meat. Or replace it with a full one.
What ingredients will be needed:
- 350 g mashed potatoes;
- 1 chicken breast or minced chicken breast;
- 1 onion;
- 200 g mushrooms;
- 100 g cheese;
- 1 egg;
- 100 g flour;
- salt pepper.
Preparation:
Cut the onion and place it in a frying pan with vegetable oil. While the onion becomes translucent, finely chop or chop the chicken breast. Instead of chicken, you can use any minced meat (pork, beef, or mixed).
Place the chicken in the pan with the onions. Stir and wait until the top is covered with a film. Afterwards we add some salt.
If you salt the meat right away, the salt draws the juice out of the internal fibers. To ensure that the pieces inside remain juicy, salt should be added after the protein on the surface has curled. It's like a crust will seal the juice inside.
Along with salt, add a little pepper. Fry the chicken well until done. Transfer to a separate bowl.
Cut the mushrooms into slices, not very thin.
Our task is to brown them on both sides until golden. To make it beautiful. You will have to work hard and turn each piece over when frying.
To prepare the dish we use yesterday's puree.
If you take it out of the refrigerator and it sticks together in a hard lump, reheat it. At the same time, add a little water.
Break one egg into the puree, add 100 g of flour. Knead the potato dough. If you have just prepared mashed potatoes, do not forget to salt it.
Take a mold 20 centimeters in diameter. It should have high sides. After all, the casserole will rise.
Line the bottom and sides of the mold with parchment. It separates well and does not spoil the appearance of the finished product. Lay out the “dough”. Level with a spoon. In the middle we make a depression over the entire surface.
Place the fried meat with onions or minced meat into this cavity. Level the surface, slightly deepening the filling with a spoon. Place fried mushrooms in the next layer. Distribute them evenly over the surface.
Note. The filling occupies only the inside of the mold. There should be edges of dough around the edges.
Cover the pan with foil and place in a preheated oven. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
We take out the workpiece. Remove the foil, cover the surface of the product with cheese shavings and put it back in the electrical cabinet for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle chopped herbs on top and cut into portions.
Look at the photo how beautiful it turned out. This dish will decorate any holiday table!
