Ingredients:

  • Champignons – 150-200 g;
  • Hard cheese – 80-100 g;
  • Onion – 1 pc.;
  • Sour cream;

  • Salt, pepper - to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. Wash the chicken fillet, dry it with a paper towel and remove excess films. Cut lengthwise into 2-3 pieces to get approximately equal pieces.

  2. We put them in a bag and carefully beat them with a special hammer. Remove the chopped fillet from the bag and sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides.

  3. Peel the mushrooms and cut into medium-sized pieces. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
