Champignons with cream sauce and potatoes can be prepared as follows:

  1. First you need to wash the potatoes, dry them, peel them using a vegetable peeler, and cut them into large cubes. After this, you need to pour water into the pan, place the potatoes there, add salt and cook for 15 minutes.

  2. While the potatoes are boiling, you can wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices, as well as wash, peel the carrots and grate them on a grater with large holes. The onion must be washed, peeled and finely chopped.
  3. Then you need to heat a frying pan greased with olive oil, add chopped onions, and then chopped mushrooms and fry until golden brown.
  4. Next, you need to add chopped carrots and simmer a little until soft. Then you need to pour in the cream, mix well and boil.
  5. Afterwards, you need to move the boiled potatoes onto a baking sheet, place mushrooms in creamy sauce on top and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.

Serving rules, decoration

The finished dish should be placed on plates and sprinkled with herbs.

Cook champignons in cream in a frying pan; a recipe with a photo will help you with this. Simple, tasty and easy. If you don’t have time to bother with some unusual dish, but your family needs to be fed deliciously, this recipe is what you need. Champignons can be replaced with any other mushrooms, for example, oyster mushrooms. But we do not recommend replacing cream with sour cream in order to get exactly the result we are counting on. These mushrooms are best served with pasta, adding a handful of grated delicious cheese. Mushrooms also go well with delicate fluffy puree and buckwheat porridge.

  • champignons – 380-400 g,
  • cream 20% - 1 glass,
  • onions – 120 g,
  • garlic – 2 cloves,
  • butter – 70 g,
  • sunflower oil – 30 ml,
  • greens - for serving,
  • pepper, tsp – ½ tsp,
  • sea ​​salt – ½ tsp.

Our dish does not require any complex manipulations, just a few simple steps, and a delicious dish can be served to the table. So, let's get started, take an ordinary onion, peel it and rinse it, then chop it into a medium-sized cube. While slicing, place the frying pan on the stove, pour in the oil, and add the chopped onion.

While the onions are sautéing, let's take care of the mushrooms - we chose champignons, so we wash them thoroughly in cool water; this can easily be done with a washcloth or sponge, removing all remaining soil. Just remember, if you decide to soak the mushrooms in water in advance, they will absorb a sufficient amount of liquid, which we absolutely do not need, so just wash them and that’s it. We cut each mushroom into four parts, cut from the top, cutting first the stem and then the cap. It is thanks to this cutting that the mushrooms turn out more tasty.

Add all the chopped mushrooms to the sautéed onions, fry for a few minutes, do not simmer, do not cover with a lid, just fry a little.

We take out the cream, we advise you not to replace it with sour cream, otherwise the taste of the dish will be completely different. Pour a glass of cream into the pan with the mushrooms.

We also add two pieces of good butter, remember the spices, in our version we make do with only sea salt and ground black pepper.

At the end, all that remains is to squeeze out two large cloves of garlic using a press, which is what we do, directly into the frying pan. Stir, place on the stove, bring to a boil, take a sample, add salt if necessary, turn off the heat.

We serve the dish to the table.

  2. Next, you should peel the shrimp, half of which should be finely chopped. The remaining shrimp must be left whole.

  3. Then you can pour oil into the frying pan, heat it up, add the garlic and fry for 40 seconds. Then you need to combine the shrimp with garlic and fry until golden.
  4. Then you need to put the champignons in the pan and fry for 10 minutes. Then you need to pour in the cream, add pepper and soy sauce. Boil water in a separate saucepan.
  5. Place pasta in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes, then drain the water, place the pasta in a frying pan, mix with the rest of the ingredients and fry for 1 minute.

The dish is laid out on plates and served together with vegetables and herbs.

Recipe 1, step by step: champignons with cream

There is nothing easier than fried champignons. And there is nothing tastier than fried mushrooms with cream, Parmesan and aromatic herbs. Golden mushrooms, juicy filling and a delicious smell - in general, for me, this is the perfect composition for the perfect quick dish. So, if you want something tasty, I recommend making these fried champignons!

  • 300 g champignons
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 1 tsp starch (without slide)
  • 2-4 cloves of garlic
  • Salt, black pepper, aromatic herbs to taste
  • 20 g Parmesan cheese
  • Greens for serving

Cut the champignons lengthwise into pieces.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, lightly fry the champignons, adding salt, pepper and herbs.

Pass the garlic through a press and stir.

Fry our champignons until golden brown.

In 1 tbsp. cream, dissolve the starch, then pour it into the rest of the cream, and then into the champignons.

Let the cream boil. Add salt to taste if necessary.

Sprinkle our fried mushrooms with Parmesan and immediately remove the pan from the heat. Let's bring it to the table!

Useful tips and tricks

Basic recommendations:

  • The creamy mushroom sauce can be covered with baking paper slightly moistened with water immediately after cooking. This will prevent a film from forming.
  • The cream must be warm before adding to the dish. Then they won't curl up.
  • The sauce can be stored in the refrigerator and consumed chilled or warmed up.

Champignons with cream sauce can be prepared in a slow cooker. To do this, you need to turn on the “Extinguishing” mode.
