A recipe from the movie Bridget Jones's Diary, no less popular than the movie itself. The dish is prepared from poultry steaks.

We take:

  • Steaks – 4 pcs.
  • Cream – 200 ml.
  • Bulb.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves.
  • Vegetable oil – 30 ml.
  • Curry - spoon.
  • Almonds – 50 gr.
  • Salt.

How to cook:

  1. Chop the onion, slice the garlic into slices, place in hot oil, and fry. Then remove the garlic.
  2. Pour in the cream, add the curry, almonds, salt, and simmer over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Cut the fillet into medium-sized steaks, rinse and pat dry with a paper towel. Rub with a mixture of pepper and salt.
  4. Fry until done on both sides.
  5. Pour in the sauce and turn the heat to low. Simmer for 5 minutes to soak the meat. Turn off and let stand for about 10 minutes.

A simple and delicious recipe for turkey with cream in a slow cooker

A very simple recipe for a delicious dish, where the multicooker does everything itself: you just need to chop the necessary ingredients and place them in the correct order in the multicooker bowl, and then season to taste at the right time. The dish is suitable for lunch or dinner with the family.

Cooking time: 1 hour 25 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Turkey (fillet) – 500 gr.
  • Cream (30%) – 1 tbsp.
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp.
  • Onions – 2 pcs.
  • Garlic – 2-3 teeth.
  • Seasoning for chicken - to taste.
  • Salt - to taste.

Cooking process:

1. Chop the onion into very small cubes and cook in a slow cooker for about 5 minutes, setting the “Fry” program so that it browns.

2. Cut the meat into small strips and add to the onion, cook for another 10 minutes in the same mode.

3. Pour cream and chopped garlic into the bowl with the meat and onions, mix everything, season with spices and salt.

4. Cook in the “Stew” mode for about an hour.

5. Serve the finished turkey meat in cream with a side dish of cereal or pasta, sprinkled with chopped dill or parsley.
