Cooking method:

  1. Cut the meat and fry. It is important not to dry it out, so as soon as a golden brown crust appears, you should reduce the heat.
  2. Separately, fry the onions and mushrooms. It is better to cut the latter into thin strips. This makes them look more appetizing.
  3. Combine both fried masses, add cream and simmer for another 5-10 minutes. over low heat.

Once ready, leave for 10-15 minutes, do not open the lid. Before eating, decorate portions with herbs.

  • First of all, you need to pay attention to the freshness and quality of the meat. Healthy and unspoiled meat has a pale pink tint, and when pressed it quickly returns to its previous state. When purchasing packaged chicken, it is important to look for ice inside the package - if there is any, it means the meat has been re-frozen.

  • If you want to get an appetizing crust when baking chicken in the oven, you can do it in 10-15 minutes. Before the end of cooking, remove the chicken from the oven and brush it with a very thin layer of honey mixed with mustard or sour cream. If the oven is equipped with a grill function, then you just need to turn it on, and there is no need to grease the carcass with honey or sour cream.
  • To prevent the meat from drying out, you need to maintain an average temperature regime (not higher than 190 ° C). It is also important that the meat is completely defrosted.
  • In order for a whole chicken carcass to bake evenly, it needs to be turned over periodically - approximately every 15-20 minutes.
  • The juice dripping from the chicken carcass during baking can be used as a side dish - it should be mixed with vegetables.
  • To prevent the meat from being “rubbery”, it must be cut with a thin and sharp knife across the grain.

  2. While the chicken is cooking, chop the onions and mushrooms. Add them as soon as the meat is browned. Simmer for about 20 minutes until the liquid has evaporated.
  3. Add flour to melted butter in a frying pan. Stir constantly so that the mixture does not burn. It should take on a brown tint. Add cream and spices. The sauce should thicken. This may take 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour the finished sauce over the meat and keep it on the fire for a while.

Preparation: with tomatoes, cheese and mushrooms

Step 1.

Wash the chicken fillet meat and cut it lengthwise. One piece should make 4 pieces. We beat the meat very easily, this must be done with caution, it is fragile in structure.

Step 2.

We wash the mushrooms and do not wash them very coarsely. The onion can be cut into half rings or cubes, this is not for everyone. Fry the mushrooms together with the onions until the liquid has completely evaporated. At the end add salt and pepper.

Step-by-step cooking process

Chicken beef stroganoff is prepared as follows:

  • First you need to cut the onion into half rings and finely chop or squeeze the garlic through a press. Then you need to heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the garlic and onion on it and fry until the onion becomes transparent (if dry garlic is used, it should be added later).
  • The mushrooms need to be washed and cut into slices, then add them to the onions and garlic. Fry for 7-10 minutes.

  • Chicken meat needs to be washed, dried and cut into long bars (4-6 cm long and about 1 cm thick). Then each piece should be lightly dredged in flour.
  • After this, all the pieces of meat need to be put into a bag, pour the remaining flour into it and tie it. Shake the bag several times to ensure that the chicken meat is evenly coated with flour.
  • Next, add the meat to the pan with the mushrooms and fry it.
  • You need to add sour cream, tomato paste and seasonings (including dried garlic) to the pan. Mix everything and, reducing the heat, keep the beef stroganoff on the fire for 15 minutes.

What can I add?

It is recommended to decorate the finished beef stroganoff with fresh herbs: parsley, cilantro, dill or basil. For an interesting taste, you can also add tomatoes - chop them and add them to the pan along with the meat.

Chicken rolls according to the classic recipe are an excellent dish for the whole family. It does not have a high calorie content, but stands out for its aroma, beauty and taste. Therefore, be sure to prepare classic chicken rolls according to this recipe.

What you will need

  • 700-800 grams of white meat;
  • 300 grams of champignons;
  • 1 onion;
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 150 grams of cheese (I used “Russian”);
  • salt pepper;
  • vegetable oil.

Champignons can be replaced here with any other mushrooms. It is not at all necessary to take fresh ones; you can also choose a frozen version.

How to cook

  1. Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Do the same with mushrooms. Fry in vegetable oil, but be careful not to burn anything.

  1. Add sour cream to the mixture in the pan and simmer for another 4 minutes.

  1. Grate the cheese. Place in the pan with the other ingredients.
  2. Make sure the cheese is completely melted. Salt and pepper.

  1. Cut the white meat into long strips, about one and a half centimeters thick. Beat it a little, but very carefully.

  2. Cut baking foil into squares.
  3. Place a tablespoon of filling in the center of each chop.

The basis of the dish is chicken fillet with mushrooms. You will also need to prepare a creamy sour cream sauce.

List of ingredients:

  • fillet - 200-300 g;
  • mushrooms (preferably champignons) - 300 g;
  • sour cream - 300 g;
  • low-fat cream - 1 tbsp.;
  • bulb;
  • spices.

Important. Sour cream should not be sour. You need to choose only fresh and high-quality products.

Cooking method:

  1. Cut the fillet into small pieces, the onion into half rings, and fry. Chicken cooks quickly, so you shouldn’t leave it in the pan for a long time. 10 minutes is enough.
  2. Add the mushrooms, mix everything carefully and continue frying until the mushroom juice evaporates.
  3. Pour sour cream and cream over everything, season with spices, leave for another 10-15 minutes.

Serve warm. You can sprinkle with herbs 5 minutes before the end of the process or already in plates.

Chicken stewed in sour cream with mushrooms and vegetables

This recipe uses canned mushrooms, so the cooking time is significantly reduced.

The dish is prepared as follows:

  • Chicken fillet should be washed, dried and cut into small pieces. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the meat in it until golden brown.

  • The onion needs to be chopped. In another frying pan, you need to heat the vegetable oil and fry the onion in it until transparent, then add the champignons to them (drain the liquid) and keep everything on the fire for 5-7 minutes.
  • After this, you need to cut or grate the carrots and add them to the chicken, add salt and pepper. The mixture should be simmered over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
  • Next, add sour cream, salt and pepper, as well as bay leaf to the pan with mushrooms. The sauce needs to be simmered over low heat for 10 minutes.
  • Fried meat with carrots should be added to the mushroom sauce and continue to simmer for 10-12 minutes.

Suitable side dishes

Any side dishes go well with stewed chicken with mushrooms and vegetables: buckwheat, rice, mashed potatoes, pasta.

Cooking in a slow cooker

  1. First you need to prepare the food: rinse and dry the chicken, peel and chop the onions and mushrooms.
  2. Set the “Frying” mode for 10 minutes. Fry the ingredients.
  3. Then put the chopped chicken into the multicooker, you can pour in 2-3 tbsp. l. water. Cook in the “Stew” or “Multi-cook” mode. Cooking time – 20-30 minutes. It is worth stirring occasionally so that the dish does not burn.
  4. After the end of time, pour cream over the products, season with pepper and salt and set the stewing mode for 20-25 minutes.

If it's not dinner time yet, you can leave it warm.

Chicken chops in the oven with tomatoes, mushrooms and cheese

The easiest and most delicious way to cook chicken. Mushrooms and tomatoes highlight the taste of the fillet, and melted cheese adds juiciness to the dish.

You will need:

  • 500 g chicken breast;
  • 2-4 champignons (depending on size);
  • 1 medium tomato;
  • 100-150 g hard cheese;
  • a bunch of green onions;
  • any seasoning for meat (I use it with salt).

Step-by-step cooking recipe:

1. Cut each fillet crosswise into 2 parts and beat thoroughly with a kitchen hammer. Brush generously with spices on both sides and season with salt. It is convenient to rub them in by hand. Leave the chicken to marinate for 10 minutes.

2. Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater, cut the tomatoes into a semicircle.

3. Chop the champignons into thin slices and chop the green onions.

4. Cover a baking sheet with foil and grease with sunflower oil. Place chicken on foil, top with mushrooms and tomato slices.

5. Sprinkle the cheese over the tomatoes, then add half the chopped onion as the final layer.

6. Place the dish in the oven for 30-35 minutes.

After cooking, sprinkle the remaining green onions on top and enjoy the taste and aroma :) It’s especially good that such a chop turns out to be dietary - the calorie content is only 190 kcal! An excellent option for those who are watching their figure, and at the same time it is a complete lunch for the whole family.

Chicken with mushrooms in creamy garlic sauce

With the addition of garlic, chicken is more aromatic and piquant in taste. The smell during cooking spreads throughout the house.

List of ingredients:

  • chicken breast - 0.5 kg;
  • 10% cream - 0.5 l;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • mushrooms - 0.5 kg;
  • olive oil - 0.5 tbsp. l.;
  • garlic cloves - 2-3 pcs.

Cooking method:

  1. Fry small pieces of meat.
  2. Add the onions and mushrooms and continue cooking until the mushroom juice evaporates.
  3. Pour in the cream, cover the frying pan with a lid and simmer over low heat for 5-8 minutes.
  4. Squeeze the garlic into the pan and add spices, leave covered for another 5 minutes.

For a beautiful presentation, place the chicken on plates and sprinkle coarsely chopped herbs on top.

Chicken fillet in the oven in cream

This recipe has been in our family for a very long time. I cook it exclusively for the holidays, because despite the fact that it is tasty and beautiful, the preparation does not take so much time, unlike other holiday meat dishes. The main secret is high-quality heavy cream, which will determine the taste of both meat and gravy. My favorite cream for this case is those intended for whipping, but they are not cheap, so you can use one with a lower fat content (10-20%). They are quite fatty, and there is not as much fear of overheating as others. We will add garlic to the sauce and get a delicious garlicky and creamy gravy.

What we need:

  • boneless chicken breast or chicken leg fillet (drumstick, thigh) – 0.5 kg;
  • high fat cream – 300-350 ml;
  • garlic – 3 large cloves;
  • butter 82% fat – 1.5 tbsp;
  • Curry mixture – 1 tsp;
  • ground black pepper - a pinch;
  • salt - a pinch (1/2 tsp);
  • bay leaf optional.

Cooking chicken fillet with creamy sauce in the oven

  1. Prepare the chicken meat - wash and cut into large cubes.

  2. Sprinkle with salt, freshly ground black pepper and let stand for a couple of minutes under cling film.
  3. Add butter to a warm frying pan. As soon as it melts, add the fillet.

  4. In this recipe, the chicken breast can easily be replaced with any other part of the chicken, but preferably without bones. I don’t want guests to gnaw on them at the holiday table.
  5. Fry the meat until lightly browned, 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. We prepare the mold - if it is ceramic, then you do not need to lubricate it with anything. And if it is metal, grease it with butter.
  7. Cut the garlic into slices; if you don’t want it to end up in the dish, finely chop it with a knife or pass it through a press. Place the garlic in the first layer.

  8. The next layer is fried chicken meat.

  9. Pour cream into the frying pan where the meat was stewed and heat it up. Add curry, pepper and bay leaf there.

  10. Pour hot cream into the mold. It should completely cover the meat.

  11. Place the pan in a hot oven and wait 30 - 40 minutes depending on the size of the pan.
  12. If the creamy sauce was not enough and it did not completely cover the meat pieces, then you should pour cream over them during baking every 5-7 minutes.

The meat baked in a delicious creamy sauce is ready, serve directly in the pan, arranging the meat in portions and pouring delicious cream over the side dish. We strongly do not recommend replacing the main ingredient with sour cream or mayonnaise - the taste of such a dish will greatly upset you. Country-style potatoes go well with it as a side dish.

Cooking method:

  1. Cut the meat and fry until done.
  2. Separately fry onions and mushrooms.
  3. Prepare the sauce. Melt butter in a frying pan and add flour. Stir until the mixture turns brown. But it shouldn’t burn, just brown.
  4. Then add cream, mix gently, season with spices, add grated Parmesan. Wait for the cheese to melt.
  5. Now all that remains is to place the meat and mushrooms in the tartlets, and carefully pour the sauce on top. Bake for 5-10 minutes. at 180 °C until golden brown.

The dish has the following preparation technology:

  • The chicken carcass should be washed, dried and gutted if necessary.
  • Next, the carcass needs to be generously rubbed with spices outside and inside.

  • After this, the carcass must be lubricated with vegetable oil. You need to squeeze the garlic through a press and distribute the resulting pulp over the carcass. Next, you need to wrap the chicken in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours.
  • The onions need to be cut into half rings, the mushrooms into slices (if the champignons are too small, you don’t have to cut them).
  • Next, the mushrooms should be placed in a dry frying pan and the moisture drained out of them. Then you need to add butter, onion and salt.
  • The mixture should be kept over moderate heat until the mushrooms become golden brown. Then the mixture must be cooled.
  • The internal cavity of the chicken carcass must be stuffed with mushroom filling, and the seam must be secured with toothpicks.
  • After this, the carcass must be placed in a deep baking dish and placed in the oven, preheated to 180 °C for 1 hour.
  • At this time, you need to mix sour cream with water. After 1 hour, remove the chicken from the oven, pour over the prepared mixture and return to the oven for another 20-30 minutes.

Suitable side dishes

Baked potatoes go perfectly with stuffed chicken. It can be baked separately or together with chicken in the same pan. It is also recommended to serve the dish with a vegetable salad of cucumbers, tomatoes and herbs.

The most delicious chicken fillet chops baked in foil

This recipe makes the chicken very tender and melts in your mouth. A good dish “under a fur coat” will appeal to all lovers of Korean carrots.

Grocery list:

  • 1 chicken breast;
  • 250-300 g hard cheese;
  • 200-250 g Korean carrots;
  • 8 tbsp. sour cream;
  • salt and spices - to taste;
  • vegetable oil.

How to cook:

1. Cut the breast lengthwise into pieces about 1 cm thick and lightly beat with a kitchen hammer. Salt the meat a little. Keep in mind that Korean carrots are quite salty, so don’t add too much salt.

2. Mix sour cream with Korean carrots.

3. Line a baking sheet with foil and place the chicken on it. Spread the sour cream sauce evenly over the chicken pieces.

There shouldn’t be a lot of Korean carrots, take it at the rate of 1 medium pinch per piece of meat. If you add more, it will overwhelm the taste of the meat.

4. Lightly coat the pieces with olive (or other vegetable) oil.

5. Place the baking sheet in the oven with top and bottom heating, preheated to 200-220 degrees. Cook the chicken for about 15 minutes, being careful not to burn the top.
