  • parsley - 0.5 bunch
  • green onions - 5-6 feathers
  • smoked paprika - 1 tsp.
  • pepper mixture - 1 tsp.
  • sunflower oil for frying - 1 tbsp.

Cooking method:

1. Cut a large fillet into two parts lengthwise to make it thinner. Salt and sprinkle with a mixture of peppers and smoked paprika, rub the spices on both sides. Leave to marinate for 20 minutes, covering with film to prevent weathering.

2.Fry the prepared breast on both sides until golden. You can do this on a grill pan, after heating it well. You will need about 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil for frying, do not add too much.

3. All that remains is to cut all the products into short strips and put them in one salad bowl. Grind eggs, cucumbers, chicken, and peking in this way. Finely chop the greens.

You don’t have to take parsley, you can take any to your taste: green onions and dill.

4.Add corn to the total mixture and season with sour cream and mayonnaise. Mix well.

  3. Add champignon slices to it, cook until the liquid has completely evaporated.
  4. Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater, place on the bottom of the dish and coat with mayonnaise.
  5. The next layer will be grated carrots and slices of boiled meat mixed with mayonnaise sauce.
  6. Distribute the mushrooms over the surface, add salt and pepper.
  7. Sprinkle with grated eggs, coat with mayonnaise, sprinkle with finely grated cheese and chopped herbs.

The salad will decorate any family celebration; it is rich and aromatic, so it is served as a separate main course or appetizer. There is room for improvisation as additional ingredients are removed or replaced with others.

Salad “Juicy”

“Juicy” salad is a very unusual dish. The only fresh ingredient included in its composition is greens. All other products are either fried, boiled, or pickled.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast - 2 pcs.
  • Bell pepper - 2 pcs.
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Marinated mushrooms - 450 gr.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise, herbs - to taste

Preparation:

Wash the chicken breast, boil until tender in salted water and cut into small cubes. We clean the carrots, wash them, cut them into slices and lightly fry them in a frying pan in vegetable oil. Peel the onion, wash it, cut it into thin half rings and fry. Wash the pepper, remove the stem and seeds, cut into thin strips and fry in vegetable oil.

Combine all prepared ingredients together. Add mushrooms, herbs, mayonnaise to them and mix everything thoroughly. The salad is ready.

How to cook Tiffany salad with chicken, grapes and mushrooms

We will need:

  • 2 chicken fillets;
  • 1 tsp. ground curry;
  • 6 boiled eggs;
  • 300 gr. hard cheese;
  • 1 tbsp. chopped walnuts;
  • 3 bunches of grapes;
  • 300 gr. high-quality mayonnaise;
  • 3 leaves of fresh lettuce.

From grapes with seeds, they should be removed in advance so that they do not get into the cracks between the teeth. The appetizer will become more piquant if you add shavings of a non-soft variety to it, otherwise it will not be possible to grate it on a vegetable shredder.

Preparation:

  1. Place lettuce leaves overlapping on the dish.
  2. Fry or boil chicken in salted water with vegetables.
  3. Chop into small slices and sprinkle over the salad, adding curry.
  4. Apply a thin mayonnaise mesh. Dry the nuts in a dry frying pan or in the oven.
  5. Chop using a potato masher, divide into 3 equal parts and sprinkle 1/3 of the surface of the salad.
  6. Grind hard cheese on all sides, grated on a coarse grater.
  7. Make a layer of mayonnaise, sprinkle with half the walnuts and grated eggs.
  8. Apply a grid of mayonnaise sauce, sprinkle with the last portion of nuts.
  9. Cut the grape seeds in half and remove the grains with a knife.
  10. Place the grape halves on the surface of the salad and soak in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

The dish will turn a family dinner into a celebration, because it turns out elegant and beautiful. The appetizer can be placed on fresh lettuce leaves, topped with high-quality homemade mayonnaise and garnished with grape halves.
