Preparation:

Chop chicken, prunes, potatoes, cucumbers and eggs. Add washed beans, salt, pepper and season with mayonnaise.

This salad is too tender for the bitterness of the onions, which means it needs to be eliminated. To do this, chop the onion into small pieces and pour boiling water over it. Add a teaspoon of sugar and vinegar.

Grate the cucumber on a coarse grater. Cut the boiled breast into cubes.

Mix everything and season with mayonnaise.

Pomegranate seeds do not last long, so prepare them immediately before preparing the salad.

You will need:
1 boiled chicken fillet, 100 g prunes, half a glass of pomegranate seeds, 100 g hard cheese, 1 cucumber, 1 boiled egg, 3 tbsp.
mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste. Preparation:

Cut the fillet into cubes, prunes, eggs and cucumber into strips. Mix everything, add salt and pepper. Place the salad on a plate and sprinkle pomegranate on top. Serve mayonnaise separately.
