Pour in a little water or chicken broth and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes. Chop the mushrooms into small pieces and fry in a separate frying pan along with finely chopped onions. Grate the cheese on a shredder, cut the sausage into cubes, and, according to tradition, chop the finished shellfish into strips. All that remains is to collect all the ingredients in one bowl, add salt to taste, add your favorite spices, season with aioli sauce and mix.

A few words about the sauce. Theoretically, you can buy it in a store, but it’s easy to prepare at home. To do this, crush the peeled garlic cloves with a press, and then additionally grind them in a mortar or other container using a teaspoon until smooth. Mix the prepared garlic with seasonings, lemon juice and egg yolk. Whisk the resulting mixture, gradually adding olive oil. The result should be a homogeneous sauce. It makes sense to put the prepared salad dressing in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes, then add it to the squid salad.

Recipe with vegetables

To prepare a hearty dish, you can take a ready-made vegetable mixture. It turns out delicious if it contains corn, green beans, and green peas. For 400 g fillet you will need:

  • 100 g mushrooms;
  • 400 g vegetable mixture;
  • 2 tbsp. l. rice;
  • 1 tbsp. l. soy sauce;
  • 2 tbsp. l. sour cream;
  • 50 g grated cheese;
  • salt pepper.

This delicious dish is easy to prepare.

  1. Separately, boil the rice until half cooked and the squid for 2-3 minutes.
  2. If champignons are used, they do not need to be cooked first; other mushrooms need to be boiled.
  3. To prepare the filling, place the vegetable mixture, or frozen, in a frying pan.
