  1. Wash the mushrooms and cut them in half before cooking if they are too large. Cook in salted water for about 10 minutes until the mushrooms are completely soft.

  4. Boil squid in salted water, cool, cut into strips.

  2. Add the minced pork and cook for 5 minutes, breaking up with a spoon, until browned. Add bamboo shoots and dill.
  3. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Submerge the squid tubes in the water for 1 minute. Remove and dry on paper towel. Divide the mixture among the mince into tubes and close the open end with 1 cocktail stick.
  4. Wipe the pan with a paper towel. Heat the remaining oil in the same skillet over medium heat. Fry the squid for 3-5 minutes on each side until the squid is cut through and browned. Serve sliced.
