  1. Dry the washed meat with napkins and cut into “worms”.
  2. Chop the champignons.
  3. Peel the onion and cut into cubes.
  4. Pour a little sunflower oil into the multicooker bowl and add the mushrooms and onions.

  • 1 kg broiler chicken drumstick;
  • 0.5 kg of fresh champignons;
  • a glass of thick sour cream;
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic;
  • a pinch of ground paprika;
  • black pepper, salt to taste.

Step-by-step recipe:

  1. Wash the drumstick and remove the skin.
  2. Add sour cream, salt and pepper to the chicken legs, stir, and leave to marinate for half an hour.

Such food is called “Julien” - a beautiful French name. The delicacies turn out to be very tasty; usually cocotte makers or small ceramic pots are used to prepare them. The portioned dish is served warm; fresh vegetables will be an excellent addition to the food.

Ingredients we will need:

  1. Chicken fillet – 0.7 kg.
  2. Mushrooms – 0.8 kg.
  3. White onion - several heads.
  4. Hard cheese – 0.3-0.35 kg.
  5. Twenty percent sour cream - 0.4 kg.
  6. Butter – 70-80 g.
  7. Salt according to preference.
  8. Ground black pepper to taste.

Cooking sequence:

  1. We separate the pieces of meat from the bone, and then cut them into small pieces, which must be rinsed under running water and placed on paper napkins to get rid of excess moisture.
  2. Meanwhile, put a frying pan on the fire and fry for 15 minutes, set the heat to high.
  3. Peel the onion, then cut it into thin half rings. Add to the meat, and then continue cooking for 6-7 minutes. The onion should become soft and rosy.
  4. We select containers (meaning the use of ceramic pots) into which we spread the butter. Add onion and chicken fillet to it, then add salt and ground black pepper.
  5. We take the frying pan in which the chicken was fried, and in it we cook the fruiting bodies, crushed into thin strips. This step will take approximately 10-15 minutes.
  6. Salt according to preference, add pepper, then place the champignons with the meat in ceramic containers.
  7. We mix sour cream and about half of the hard cheese, pour the prepared mixture into the pots.
  8. We also add the remaining grated cheese into the containers. When preparing such a delicacy, you must use lids. Leave the pots in a cold oven.
  9. Set it to 170-190 degrees and bake for an hour. If you want a golden brown crust, you can open the lids and leave the ceramic containers in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.

  • 0.5 kg white chicken fillet;
  • 3-4 large onions;
  • 300 g champignons;

  • 20-25 g flour;

The salad gets its name from the savory yogurt-based sauce.

  • mixture of herbs for chicken to taste;
  • salt;
  • sunflower oil for frying.

Step-by-step preparation:

  1. Wash thighs and pat dry with napkins.
  2. Add mayonnaise, chopped garlic, and chicken spices.
  3. Add salt, mix, leave for half an hour.
  4. Chop mushrooms and onions and fry until golden brown.

  • 500 g white chicken meat;
  • 300 g champignons;
  • 300-350 ml cream;
  • 3 large onions;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • mixture of Provencal herbs, salt (to taste);
  • 400-500 g spaghetti;
  • sunflower oil for frying.

Step-by-step cooking recipe:

  1. Peel the onion and chop coarsely.
  2. Peel and chop the garlic.
  3. Fry the onion and garlic in sunflower oil until golden brown.
  4. Chop the mushrooms and fry separately until cooked.
  5. Using a blender, make a puree from onions, garlic and champignons and mix it with cream.

This dish is easy to prepare:

  1. First you need to chop the chicken, and then sprinkle the pieces with salt, spices, garlic, red pepper and mix well.
  2. Fry the pieces on both sides in hot oil over high heat until a characteristic golden brown crust forms.
  3. Add soy sauce to the pan and continue the procedure for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add carrots, cut into small pieces. Fry the products together for three minutes.
