Products:

  • Pork meat – 0.5 kg;
  • Mushrooms – 100 gr.;
  • Tomatoes – 2 pcs.;
  • Hard cheese – 250 gr.;
  • Mayonnaise, pepper, salt - to taste.

The pork needs to be cut into pieces, like chops, and beaten.

Next, the chops are laid out on a baking sheet and sprinkled with salt, pepper and other spices to taste.

In order to prevent the chops from breaking too much, as well as clogging the hammer with meat crumbs, it is recommended to cover the meat with cling film.

The next step is to cut the tomatoes into thin slices and place them on top of the meat. After that, grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Sprinkle about a third of the cheese onto the chops and tomatoes. Mushrooms are chopped into small pieces and poured on top of the tomatoes and cheese.

  • hard cheese – 150 g;
  • vegetable oil – 20 g.

Preparing the products and the cooking process will take only an hour. The nutritional value of the incredibly aromatic dish will be 237 kcal per hundred grams.

First you need to rinse the pork, remove any excess liquid using a paper towel. Afterwards, the meat is cut into portioned pieces with a thickness not exceeding one and a half centimeters. Boil the potatoes in slightly salted water in their jackets. To give the meat tenderness and softness, it should be beaten a little with a hammer through the film - the surface of the pork pieces will not spread or tear.

Grease a baking sheet with oil; lay out the meat not very tightly, but compactly in one layer. Sprinkle salt and seasoning onto the pork and rub lightly over the surface. Peel the potatoes, cut into rings, and place the next layer on the meat.

It is better to cut pineapples and cheese into small cubes, mix with mayonnaise and pour evenly onto the potatoes. In an oven preheated to 200°, the dish is baked for forty minutes until golden brown on the surface.

Ingredients:

  • Pork – 1 kg;

  • Hard cheese – 300 – 350 gr.;
  • Champignons – 250 gr.;
  • Onion – 1 pc.;
  • Mayonnaise;

The meat is cut into 1.5 cm thick and beaten.

The tomatoes are cut into rings and placed tightly on top of the meat.

Products:

  • Buckwheat – 200 gr.;
  • Pork tenderloin – 400 gr.;
  • Carrots – 2 pcs.;

First, as if for frying, chop the onion into small cubes, then the carrots. Pour the onion into the frying pan and sauté; when it becomes transparent, you need to pour the carrots in and fry a little.

Next, you need to cut the meat into small pieces and pour it into the pan with the vegetables and add salt, add spices to taste and a few spoons of ketchup or tomato paste. The meat and vegetables are fried for about 10 minutes.

After this, pour the buckwheat into the frying pan. The whole mass is fried for about 2 minutes and 2 cups of water are added to it.

To prepare the dish you will need:

  • buckwheat – 330 g (2 cups);
  • water – 0.8 l;
  • pork (chicken) – 400 g;
  • onion – 100 g;
  • carrots – 100 g;
  • vegetable oil – 20 g;
  • favorite spices (pepper, turmeric, paprika) – 10 g;
  • salt – 10 g.

Having prepared all the products for cooking in a multicooker, the time that will be spent will be only forty minutes. The nutritional value of an excellent second course will be 124 kcal per hundred grams.

The meat is washed, dried or wiped with a paper towel to remove excess liquid, and then cut into thin slices, not large cubes. Vegetables should be peeled and cut as desired - onions into squares, carrots into thin bars. Buckwheat is washed, excess water is removed using a colander.
