Fill all components with cream. Now put the baking sheet into the oven. After about forty minutes, the dish can be sprinkled with cheese. After this, it should bake for another half hour. - Bake the meat preparation for an hour (temperature – 180 °C). We are not in a hurry to unwrap the finished snack, but give it time to cool. Only then can the foil be removed, cut into portions and served.
Delicious homemade meat with mushrooms
The dish is prepared using tender chicken, veal or lamb. To prepare it, we will take chicken fillet (530 g), potatoes (410 g), two onions, champignon mushrooms (440 g), carrots, mayonnaise (100 ml), garlic, herbs, pepper and salt.
To prepare the meat, cut it into pieces and pour a marinade of soy sauce, pepper, salt and vinegar. Leave it like this for a couple of hours. Cut the potatoes into circles.
Onions and potatoes can be cut quite large, but carrots into circles. Place the chicken fillet in boiling water and cook for half an hour. Next, we also put potatoes and carrots into the pan. Cook all this until done. Then put vegetables, meat, finely chopped onions and mushrooms into the mold. The dish must be filled with sauce, which is prepared from a mixture of herbs, garlic and mayonnaise. Place the mold in the oven for about half an hour. Then sprinkle the dish with shredded cheese and put it back in the oven for another ten minutes. The meat with mushrooms, potatoes and cheese is ready.
Meat rolls with cheese and mushrooms
Meat rolls with cheese and mushrooms can be prepared from the following products:
- Veal (you can use beef (I have steamed veal)) - 900 g
- Mushrooms (can be champignons or porcini mushrooms (I have champignons)) - 250 g
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Parsley (to taste (I take 0.5 bunch.)) - 1 bunch.
- Garlic - 3 teeth.
- Spices (Salt, pepper, “Herbes de Provence.”) - 2 tbsp. l.
- Dutch cheese (optional) - 50 g
- Vegetable oil (Ideal vegetable oil) - 2 tbsp. l.
Cut the meat in half lengthwise and open it like a book.
Remove excess films and fat and beat very well on both sides. Rub with salt, pepper and chopped garlic. Leave for 15 minutes.
Finely chop the mushrooms and onions and fry in Ideal vegetable oil (a little salt).
Trim the edges of the meat layer (aiming for a rectangle is desirable..) Stepping back a little from the edges, place chopped parsley and fried mushrooms and onions in the center.
Fold the long sides of the meat layer over the filling and press firmly with your fingers.
Carefully roll into a tight roll and rub with Provençal herbs.
Tie the roll with kitchen thread (if you don’t have one on hand, you can use regular cotton thread, but without dyes).
If desired, you can fry the roll in a frying pan (I do this when I have beef. I don’t fry veal).
Wrap the roll in foil and bake in a preheated oven at 190-200%. Watch when ready (it takes me 50-60 minutes). If you like cheese, take it out 5 minutes before it’s ready, remove the cooking string, sprinkle with cheese, and put it in the oven for another 5 minutes.
Remove the roll from the oven and cut into small meat rolls.

Cooking tips
Experienced chefs recommend choosing potato varieties for preparing such dishes that do not boil softly, otherwise the dish may turn into a shapeless mass. Fresh mushrooms must be doused with boiling water several times before cooking. If the recipe requires using minced meat rather than meat, then broth, milk or cream are always added, then the dish turns out juicy and tasty.
