5. Wash the walnuts and heat them in a dry, hot frying pan. When they cool down, chop them.

6. Remove the chicken breast, clean it and separate it from the bones and skin. Divide into small fibers and divide the finished fillet into 2 parts.

It should not contain any carrots or ham with cucumbers! For the meat layer, only lean pork, boiled in salted water with bay leaves and allspice, is suitable.

We will need:

  • Pork pulp – 250 gr.
  • Marinated mushrooms – 160 gr.
  • Hard cheese – 120 gr.
  • Boiled chicken egg, boiled potatoes, allspice peas - 2 pcs each.
  • Bunch of parsley, bay leaf - 1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise, ground black pepper, finely ground salt - to taste.

Preparation:

1. First of all, we need to bring the meat to the desired condition. Rinse the piece of pork well and place it in salted water. Place the pot with the possessed over medium heat and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low and be sure to skim off any foam. Add black allspice peas and bay leaves. Cook until the fillet is completely cooked. Remove the pork loin onto a plate and let cool to room temperature.

2. To avoid fiddling around for a long time, you can immediately begin shaping and cutting the ingredients along the way.
