This dish has long lost its exotic status. Now housewives often prepare it. There is nothing superfluous in home cooking recipes. The products used are ordinary, no frills. Chicken fillet and sausages are added to the main ingredient. This makes the dish very satisfying.
The total amount of ingredients used makes 3 large, round flatbreads with a thin crust. Which corresponds to 8-10 servings.
Take for the test:
- 400 g flour;
- 250 ml warm water;
- 2 tablespoons of yeast;
- 1 teaspoon sugar;
- a pinch of salt;
- 3 tablespoons tbsp. olive oils;
For filling:
- 200 g - mushrooms;
- 400 g hard cheese;
- 300 g boiled chicken fillet;
- 200 g sausages or smoked sausage;
- spices, salt;
- tomato sauce;
How to cook:
Dissolve the yeast in warm water. Add salt, vegetable oil, sugar. Sift the flour and knead the dough. Leave it to rise for 30-40 minutes, covering it with a napkin.
Cut the boiled chicken fillet into small slices. Sausages are in circles, and mushrooms are in slices. Grate the cheese with a large mesh grater. For the sauce: mix a tablespoon of tomato paste with a glass of water. To flavor the sauce, add herbs (khmeli-suneli), sugar and salt to your taste.
Divide the dough into three parts, roll it into thin plates. Transfer to a baking sheet or baking pan lined with parchment.
Grease the surface of the flatbread with tomato sauce. Arrange chicken pieces, champignons, sprinkle cheese shavings on top.
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees.

Ingredients:
DOUGH
- pressed yeast: 15 g;
- wheat flour: 200 gr;
- granulated sugar: 1 teaspoon;
- water: 10 g;
- vegetable oil: 2 teaspoons;
- salt: to taste.
FILLING
- sausage: 250 gr;
- fresh champignons: 250 gr;
- onion: 1 head;
- sweet pepper: 1 piece;
- cheese: 150 gr;
- ketchup: to taste.
Recipe:
- Dissolve the yeast in warm water, add sugar and salt to it, leave for 15 minutes in a warm place.
- Pour the remaining water and yeast into the center of the flour mound.
- Knead the dough and add vegetable oil to it. Cover it with a warm towel and leave it to rise in a warm place.
- When the dough rises for the first time, beat it and leave it to rise again.
- Roll out the dough and place it on a baking sheet already greased with vegetable oil.
- Grease the dough with ketchup.
- Grate the cheese and sprinkle it on top of the ketchup.
- Cut the sausage and vegetables into small cubes, mix and place on the crust.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for half an hour in the oven at 220°C.
Prepared according to this recipe, pizza with sausage and mushrooms can become a favorite home dish for the whole family, brightening up long evenings in front of the TV screen.
