The very first thing: if you already have pizza dough ready, start heating the oven. We heat it to the maximum available to you. It doesn’t matter whether you have 250 or 350. Pizza is baked at almost five hundred degrees, the temperature is not a hindrance. In the oven, heat either a baking sheet or a fireclay stone on the highest level.

If you are going to bake several pizzas, you can heat several baking sheets in the oven on different levels. But then all your pizzas may have slightly different baking times.

Squeeze the garlic into sunflower or olive oil. Even if you don't like garlic. Well, try making pizza with garlic oil once - I think you will also understand that it is a necessary seasoning.

Cut the tomato into discs about 5 mm thick. If you use cherry tomatoes (they are especially tasty with them), then simply halve them along the axis.

When the oven has reached maximum temperature, begin to roll out and/or stretch the dough. It is advisable to roll it out as thin as possible. From one piece of dough according to my usual dough recipe (see link above), I usually make pizzas with a diameter of about 30 cm.

Transfer the dough to baking paper and spread it with butter and garlic. If you use dry oregano, use oreganim. Salt to taste.

We lay out the tomatoes and sausage, trying to avoid overlaps as much as possible.

Sprinkle the pizza with grated cheese.

For me at 250 degrees the time was 8-10 minutes, at 300 - 5-7 minutes.
