  • Hard cheese – 100 gr.
  • Chicken fillet – 250 gr.
  • Mayonnaise – 70 gr.
  • Garlic cloves – 3 pcs.
  • Salt, fresh herbs, chicken seasonings.

How to do:

  1. Pre-cook the chicken using any parts of it. Let cool, chop into small pieces. For taste, add any seasonings to the broth when cooking.
  2. Using a press, turn the garlic cloves into a paste. Add it to mayonnaise, grind until smooth.
  3. Grate a piece of cheese into fine crumbs. Chop the dill sprigs.

How to cook:

First sauté the onion half rings in vegetable oil over low heat, and then, when they become transparent, add the carrots to them and cook the whole place, stirring, over low heat for 5-7 minutes.

Boil the chicken fillet until tender, cut into small cubes. Boil the egg hard, cool, peel and also cut into cubes.

We combine the ingredients for the filling: onions with carrots, chicken fillet, egg. Add the remaining mayonnaise and mix. If necessary, add salt and pepper to taste.

Spread the filling evenly on a sheet of lavash.

Roll the pita bread into a tight roll.

  • Mushrooms – 300 gr.
  • Bulb.
  • Hard cheese – 100 gr.
  • Mayonnaise - to taste.
  • Salt, sunflower oil, pepper, chicken seasonings.
  • Garlic – a clove.
  • Green onions - a few feathers.

For pickling onions:

  • Sugar – ½ small spoon.
  • Vinegar 9% - large spoon.

How to cook:

  1. Cut the breast into small cubes and fry in oil in a frying pan until cooked. During the process, season with chicken seasonings, salt and pepper. Be sure to cool the meat afterwards.
  2. At the same time, in a separate frying pan, fry the chopped champignons until tender. Then set them aside to cool.
  3. At the same time, pickle the onion. Cut the head into half rings and place in a bowl. Pour vinegar for 10 minutes, adding sugar.

Unfold the pita bread and straighten it. Coat generously with mayonnaise. To ensure that the roll holds its shape well, I advise you to put more oni on the pita bread and also grease it with mayonnaise sauce. Then the filling is guaranteed not to fall out.

Grate one processed cheese. To ensure that the cheesecakes are easily grated and do not stick to the grater, I recommend freezing them first, placing them in the freezer for about a quarter of an hour. Distribute the cheese crumbs over the entire surface of the sheet. Help yourself with a knife, as if spreading the cheese mass.

Chop the dill and sprinkle cheese on top.

Cover the workpiece with the next sheet of thin pita bread. Press a little with your hands. Coat with mayonnaise again.

Lay out the chicken meat, distribute it evenly over the sheet, but leave a little space at the edges so that the meat does not fall out when eating. Salt this layer.

Rub the second cheese on top.

Drain excess marinade from Korean carrot salad. Cut long straws to make it easier to eat. Place the top layer on the roll.

  • Korean carrots – 70 gr.

Cooking technology:

  1. Cut the smoked leg into fillets, removing all the bones and skin. Cut into cubes.
  2. Spread the pita bread on the table and coat generously with cheese mixture.
  3. Squeeze the liquid out of the Korean carrots and chop them into strips to make it easier to eat. Scatter over cheese.

Spread the remaining mayonnaise on the second sheet of lavash and place the Korean carrots.

Place the last layer of smoked chicken breast.

Roll the pita bread into a tight roll and make sure there are no voids.

The finished roll can already be served, but if you are preparing it in advance for the holiday table, then the appetizer should be wrapped in cling film or foil and sent to the refrigerator.

Before serving, cut the lavash roll into portioned pieces 1.5-2.0 cm thick and serve.

Chicken lavash roll with cheese and eggs

An extremely simple and delicious recipe. Filling with the most popular products - cheese, eggs, available in every home. But there is a certain twist in the form of walnuts.

Take:

  • Thin lavash – 1 pc.
  • Chicken fillet – 600 gr. (two legs).
  • Cheese – 100 gr.
  • Walnut kernels – 20 gr.
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • A clove of garlic.
  • Mayonnaise – 90-100 gr.
  • Bay leaf, salt.

Step by step recipe:

Boil water in a saucepan and add the chicken legs. Add a couple of bay leaves and salt.

Cook until the meat is done for 25-30 minutes. Then remove from the pan and cool.

At the same time, set the eggs to boil. After cooling them, clean them. Rub with coarse shavings.

Grind the nut kernels into crumbs using a blender or rolling pin.

Place the mayonnaise in a bowl and add a crushed clove of garlic.

Chop the cooled chicken into small cubes or separate into fibers.

Grate a piece of hard cheese using a large-mesh grater.

Spread a sheet of pita bread on the table. Spread generously with garlic mayonnaise.

Place the chicken and spread evenly over the entire surface of the sheet.

Sprinkle the pita bread with nut crumbs.

  • 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
  • 0.5 tsp dry basil.

Preparation:

For this recipe we need chicken fillet. It can be pre-boiled or fried in a frying pan, cut into small pieces.

Lay thin lavash (also called Armenian) on a flat surface (an ordinary kitchen countertop will do) and grease it with mayonnaise. Place lettuce leaves on top, torn into several pieces (exclusively for ease of laying out).

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and place on lettuce leaves.

We also cut the cucumber and tomato into small pieces - cubes with a side of up to 1 cm - and place them on a sheet of pita bread, along with the chicken breast.

Three hard cheeses on a medium grater (or any other grater of your choice) and sprinkle vegetables and chicken on top. You can add your favorite spices on top - for me it’s basil, so I put it in, I think it goes well with all the ingredients.

All we have to do is roll the pita bread tightly into a roll, and our dish is ready.

This lavash roll with chicken and vegetables can also be eaten in this form (like shawarma).

Lavash roll stuffed with chicken and vegetables

Adding vegetables will diversify the taste of the snack and make it original.

You will need:

  • Chicken fillet – 100 gr.
  • Tomato.
  • Fresh cucumber.
  • Cheese – 50 gr.
  • Lettuce leaves – 3-4 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tablespoons.
  • Basil – ½ small spoon.

Cooking:

  1. Boil or fry the chicken fillet, crumbled into pieces, until cooked.
  2. Cut the vegetables into small cubes and mix in a bowl.
  3. Spread the Armenian flatbread and coat with mayonnaise sauce. Place and spread lettuce leaves on top.
  4. Scatter the chicken and make a vegetable layer.
  5. Next, you need to sprinkle everything with grated cheese and basil.

Cut the lavash roll into 2 parts and place in a well-heated frying pan. Please note that the pan must be dry, without oil. I used a grill pan, but this is not at all necessary; a regular pan will produce equally delicious fried pita bread with filling.

Fry the roll first on one side for 2-3 minutes until golden, and then turn it over to the other side and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

How to cook chicken roll in pita bread with pineapples

An unusual recipe, if only because it contains fruit. Traditional mayonnaise is replaced with ketchup, which also makes the snack stand out.

Required:

  • Boiled chicken – 100 gr.
  • Lavash is a leaf.
  • Canned pineapple – 2 rings.
  • Onion – ½ head.
  • Spicy ketchup – 1-2 large spoons.
  • Salad leaves.
  • Apple cider vinegar - a teaspoon.

How to do:
