The traditional pizza combination of sausage and mushrooms (champignons can be replaced with wild mushrooms) harmonizes perfectly with the dough mixed with mayonnaise. The base turns out to be very tender and tasty, while requiring a minimum of ingredients and time for preparation.

  1. I sift the flour directly onto the work surface of the table in the form of a slide. I make a small depression in it.
  2. I add an egg, slaked soda on the tip of a knife and warm water to the mayonnaise and mix.
  3. Gradually pour the mixture into the hole in the flour slide and knead the dough.
  4. I put the pizza dough in the refrigerator, wrapped in cling film.
  5. I cut the mushrooms into rings and fry them in a frying pan with some oil.
  6. I cut the boiled sausage into cubes, and the smoked sausage into thin rings.

  2. Roll out the dough and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Prepare the base: chop the garlic, fry in vegetable oil, add tomato paste, water, salt and basil. Simmer it all for 3 minutes.
  4. Place the base on the rolled out dough.
  5. Cut the ham into strips and place on top of the base.
  6. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  7. Chop the peppers and mushrooms, mix them and place on top of the ham.
  8. The top layer is made from sliced ​​olives and oregano.

This recipe is great for those who don’t have an oven at hand. At the same time, it cooks twice as fast as regular pizza, and you only need a small amount of ingredients.

If you decide to use fresh mushrooms, then they must be fried in advance when ready.

For pizza you need to prepare the following products:

  • for dough: 2 cups flour; 1/3 cup each of sour cream and mayonnaise; egg;
  • for filling: sausage – 100 g; canned mushrooms – 100 g; cheese – 100 g; tomato.

The recipe for making delicious and aromatic pastries is as follows:

  1. For the dough, mix sour cream with mayonnaise, add an egg.
  2. I sift the flour. This will add fluffiness to the baked goods and cleanse them of foreign substances. I add flour in small portions and knead the dough (the consistency should be similar to homemade sour cream).

  • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l.

For the dough:

  • flour - 3 cups
  • boiled water - 200 ml
  • vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
  • dry yeast - 1 sachet (11 g)
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • sugar - 1 tsp.

It is advisable to take the highest grade flour for yeast dough. This dough rises faster and the baked goods taste tastier.

Preparation:

1. The process of making pizza consists of kneading the dough onto the crust, preparing the toppings, combining and baking.

Dissolve sugar and salt in warm water, add flour, yeast and butter. Mix the dough. Cover and let stand in a warm place until it doubles in size.

2. Chop the mushrooms and evaporate the water in a dry frying pan, add vegetable oil and diced onion, fry for 5-6 minutes, let cool.

3. Grease a baking sheet with sunflower oil. Roll out the dough on it. Lubricate the resulting cake with ketchup/tomato sauce, mayonnaise and add mushrooms and onions.

4. Cut the sausage and tomatoes into rings (you can use slices) and place them on top of the mushrooms.

5. Grate the cheese and sprinkle on top.

6. Bake our pizza in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes until golden brown.

Mix dry yeast with sugar and pour 50 ml of warm water. Place in a warm place for 20 minutes.

Sift the flour, add salt.

Pour in the yeast and stir. If necessary, add water; if you add too much water, add flour and knead further.

Knead the soft dough and put it in a warm place for 30 - 40 minutes until the gluten forms and it becomes soft.

The dough has already risen, so pour vegetable oil into it and knead well for 5 minutes.

Roll out to a thickness of 5 mm.

Place it on a baking sheet or in a mold lined with parchment, which has been previously greased with vegetable oil.

Grind the tomatoes on a fine grater or dilute the tomato paste with water until it reaches the consistency of tomato juice.

Pour into the pan and add chopped garlic and basil. Salt to taste and add 1 tsp. Sahara. Boil for 3-4 minutes until the sauce becomes thick and does not spread.

First we lay out thinly chopped fresh thinly sliced ​​mushrooms, then tomatoes and bell peppers.

  • oregano;
  • garlic.

FILLING

  • boiled chicken fillet: 150 g;
  • fresh champignons: 4 pieces;
  • tomatoes: 1 piece;
  • hard cheese: 100 gr;
  • mozzarella cheese: 100 gr;
  • olives: 10 pieces.

Recipe:

  1. Mix milk and water, heat slightly and dissolve yeast in the resulting liquid.
  2. Add salt, sugar, olive oil and yeast to the flour. Knead the dough and leave it to rise in a warm place.
  3. Pour tomato sauce into vegetable oil in a frying pan, add chopped garlic and oregano. Stir and simmer it all for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Cut the boiled fillet along the grain.
  5. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices, tomatoes and olives into slices.
  6. Mix meat, vegetables and mushrooms.
  7. Roll out the dough into a thin layer and place it on a baking sheet greased with olive oil.
  8. Grease the crust with sauce and place the filling on it.
  9. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  10. Bake for half an hour in the oven at 200°C.

Tender pizza with chicken and mushrooms will not only give you pleasure in taste, but will also be very satisfying and nutritious. No one will go hungry for sure.

The filling for our pizza will consist of the following products:

  • fresh champignons 250 g;
  • hard cheese 100 g;
  • 1-2 medium tomatoes;
  • ½ can of olives;
  • fresh basil greens.

Roll out the finished dough into a thin layer on a floured table. Immediately place the rolled out dough onto a baking sheet greased or lined with baking paper. We begin to lay out the filling in layers. Washed, dried and thinly sliced ​​champignons go to the bottom.

Next, lay out slices of fresh tomatoes, halves of olives and fresh basil leaves. We form a side of the pizza from the dough and leave it to proof for 10 minutes.
