For the recipe we use pork, you can take any part of the meat, the fattier it is, the tastier the result will be. For mushrooms, I suggest taking oyster mushrooms and champignons. Also add tomatoes and onions. For a bright taste and aroma, saturate the dish with the spices of dry garlic, paprika, and a mixture of peppers.

You can serve the finished meat to the table yourself. You can also always add a side dish to the meat - porridge, potatoes, vegetables, herbs, pickles. Take note of the recipe.

  • Tomatoes – 200 g
  • Champignons – 100 g

How to cook meat with mushrooms and tomatoes in the oven

Prepare products according to the list. You can use one type of mushroom and add your favorite spices to taste. It is better to choose chilled meat, not frozen.

Rinse and dry the pork. Cut the meat into medium-sized pieces.

Rinse and dry oyster mushrooms and champignons. Cut the mushrooms into medium pieces, do not chop them.

Next, peel the onions, rinse and cut into half rings or large cubes. Rinse the tomatoes and cut them in half, removing the stem. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.

Classic French meat recipe in the oven

The meat, and in this case it is strictly veal, prepared according to this recipe is sometimes called “Veal Orlov”. As mentioned above, the history of this dish is connected with the court cook of Count Orlov, hence the names.

And to prepare the most tender veal, which the Count appreciated, we will need the following ingredients:

  • Veal tenderloin - 1 kilogram;
  • Potatoes - 0.5 kg;
  • Mushrooms - 0.5 kg;
  • Hard cheese - 250 grams;
  • Salt, spices.

For the sauce:

  • Butter 50 gr.;
  • Sunflower oil 2 tbsp.
  • Flour - 2 tbsp.
  • Milk 0.75 l.
  • Salt.

Returning to the history of the dish with which we will season our meat, it is a product of the work of French chefs.

Preparation.

  1. First you need to prepare the Bechamel sauce. In the following recipes, it will be replaced with sour cream or mayonnaise, sauces based on them, but in the classic version of preparation, the branded sauce is used.
  2. Melt butter and mix with vegetable oil.
  3. Add flour to butter mixture.
  4. Gradually add milk, stirring the mixture thoroughly so that no lumps remain.

  7. Potatoes, peel and cut into rings, about 1 cm thick.
  8. Chop the mushrooms quite coarsely.
  9. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater
  10. Place all ingredients on a baking sheet in layers in the following order: Meat, potatoes, mushrooms, cheese. Pour the sauce generously over it all. Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.

Serve “Veal Orlov” with the rest of the “Béchamel” sauce, in case someone doesn’t have enough. You can decorate the dish with any herbs or a sprig of mint.

Option 2: New recipe for meat with mushrooms and tomatoes in the oven

For this dish, only champignons are used.
According to the rules, they do not need to be pre-fried or boiled; mushrooms are used fresh. You should not take champignons from the freezer that cannot be cut neatly. Pork tenderloin is used for this dish. Ingredients

  • 1 kg of meat;
  • 300 g champignons;
  • 100 g mayonnaise;
  • 250 g onions;
  • 350 g tomatoes;
  • 200 g cheese;

Sprinkle cheese on top of all the meat, but not in one layer. You need to try to spread it on each portion so that they do not merge into one layer.

If the mayonnaise is originally in a jar, then you can simply transfer it to a bag, also pierce a hole and apply it to the meat and onions. To reduce calories and fat content, you can partially mix the sauce with sour cream, but completely replacing the products is not recommended.

How to cook pork with mushrooms with melted cheese in the oven?

  • 500 g meat;
  • 150 g pickled mushrooms;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • 120 g mayonnaise;
  • 100 g cheese;
  • 15 ml oil;

How to quickly cook meat with mushrooms and tomatoes in the oven

Step 1:

Immediately turn on the oven at 200 degrees. Pour oil onto a baking sheet and spread.

Step 2:

Cut the meat into slices, beat, add salt and grease one side with mayonnaise, but do not make a thick layer, only lightly. Place pork pieces clean side down on a baking sheet.

Step 3:

Chop the pickled mushrooms and place on the meat. It is advisable to distribute evenly so that the portions are equal.

Step 4:

Chop the tomatoes and place two pieces on top of the mushrooms.

Coarsely grate the cheese and spread on the tomatoes. Press down the chips with your hand so that they do not fly apart.

Step 1:

Wash the meat. For this dish, it can be cut into cubes or bars, but small in size, about 15-20 grams. Add salt, a spoonful of mayonnaise, season with pepper, mix and place on the bottom of the baking sheet.

Step 2:

Cut the onion into strips, mash it with your hands, and pour it over the meat.

Step 3:

Wash the mushrooms. Since champignons are used, there is no need to boil anything. Just cut into pieces slightly smaller than the meat. You can make slices. Then they need to be lightly salted, stirred, and only then placed on top of the onions.

Step 4:

Cut the washed tomatoes into slices, cover with a layer of mushrooms.

Step 5:

Grate the cheese coarsely and cover the dish thickly.

Step 6:

Lubricate the cheese layer with mayonnaise on top so that it does not burn and the crust does not brown too quickly, since the dish will take an hour to prepare.

Step 7:

By the end of assembling the meat and mushrooms, the oven should warm up to 190 degrees. Place a baking sheet and bake the dish for an hour.

If the champignons have legs, it is better to carefully remove them. This part of the mushrooms is quite tough, and it is also difficult to digest. The removed legs can be used for soups or rolled into minced meat.

Delicious French pork meat in the oven

And here is one of the most common French meat recipes in Russia. The pork turns out juicy and fatty - an excellent option for a festive feast.

For preparation you will need:

  • Pork, preferably fatty part without streaks - 1 kg.
  • Cheese - 350 gr. soft and 150 gr. hard;
  • Onion - 2-3 onions (it is better to use salad white or red);
  • Mayonnaise;
  • Vegetable oil;
  • Salt spices.

Preparation:

  1. Wash the meat, cut it, beat it, salt it, season it with spices. It is best to make pieces 2 cm thick, at least you don’t need anything less - the steak will become transparent after beating.
  2. Cut the onion into rings.
  3. Grate the cheese (separate the soft from the hard).
  4. Grease a baking tray with oil and place the meat on it. Spread with mayonnaise, add onion, season with mayonnaise again and sprinkle with soft cheese on top

Peel the potatoes. Cut into slices and immediately place them on top of the mushroom layer. No need to lubricate, just add salt.

Step 4:

Cut the meat into slices. You can take pork, beef. Do not make too large pieces. Tap them a little with a hammer, season with spices, grated garlic, and place on top.

Step 5:

Immediately place chopped fresh tomatoes on the meat. Lubricate all this with the mayonnaise that remains.

Step 6:

Bake the dish with tomatoes for an hour at 180 degrees. At the end, add to 220.

Step 7:

Remove the baking sheet and cover the baked tomatoes with cheese. Cook for another 10-15 minutes at high temperature until the cheese is nicely browned.

Step 5:

Fill the pork with salted mushrooms, tomatoes, and cheese. You need to do all this at once on a large piece of foil.

Step 6:

Pack the meat with the edges of the foil up. Bake at 180 degrees for 75 minutes.

Step 7:

Remove the meat, unroll the foil, switch the oven to 220 degrees, put the “Accordion” on for another 15 minutes.

You can also use another marinade for pork, for example, mayonnaise or sour cream with garlic, you can simply soak the meat in soy sauce or teriyaki, if there is nothing like that, then just rub it with spices, it will also turn out tasty and juicy.
