  1. Honey mushrooms are cleaned and washed, placed in boiling water and boiled for 15 minutes.
  2. Place in another pan, add water, add all ingredients, mix and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
  3. Place in sterile dry jars, roll up and insulate until the product cools.
  4. Place in a cool place and store for no more than 12 months.

Selection and preparation of ingredients

For proper preparation, frozen mushrooms are removed from the freezer some time before the intended cooking (about 1.5–2 hours) and placed in a colander. This period is enough for the ice briquette to melt and the excess moisture to glass. When the product is free of ice and water, and its fragments are easily separated from each other, it is ready for further preparation.

If the recipe calls for using vegetables (potatoes, onions, carrots), they must be washed under running water and peeled or peeled.

Important! Before freezing, fresh honey mushrooms must be cleaned of forest debris and washed in several waters. Next, boil in salted water for 40–60 minutes, strain off the moisture and then freeze, dividing into suitable portions.
