  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • butter - 30 g;
  • vegetable oil - 30 ml;
  • dill - 1 bunch;
  • salt, ground black pepper - to taste;
  • egg - 1 pc. (for lubrication).

Boil potatoes, chop finely. Chop the onion and champignons into cubes. Heat butter and vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 1 minute. Add mushrooms and saute for 10 minutes until the juice has evaporated. In a cup, combine potatoes, fried mushrooms and onions, chopped dill, grated cheese, pepper, salt, and mix thoroughly.

Roll out one layer of dough thinly, cut into 9 squares, brush each of them with beaten egg, place the filling (1-2 tbsp) in the middle. Raise the edges up, forming balls. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes until the dough is golden brown.
