6.Cover the resulting workpiece with a lid and place on low heat for 10 minutes.

If the lid has a hole to allow steam to escape, plug it with a paper towel to keep all the heat inside.

7.Grate the Mozzarella on a coarse grater. After 10 minutes, the cake will rise well and be half cooked. Open the lid and sprinkle cheese on the pizza. Also drizzle with olive oil, which will add great flavor. You can also put any filling you want - sausage, frankfurters, meat, mushrooms, shrimp.

8.Cover the lid again and continue cooking for another 10 minutes. During this time, the cheese should melt, become soft and viscous.

9.The finished pizza in a frying pan can be sprinkled with herbs, pour a little more olive oil and serve. The cheese will stretch pleasantly, the herbs will open up and delight with their aroma.
