If you have not yet tried dishes made from raw champignons, then start with something simple that does not require a lot of time and ingredients to prepare. A champignon salad with the addition of tomato and sesame will be a discovery of a completely new and unknown taste for you.

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of champignons
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • Parsley

Sauce:

  • 50 ml soy sauce
  • One teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
  • Coriander 0.5 teaspoon
  • A couple of garlic cloves
  • Sugar 0.5 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper 0.5 teaspoon
  • Sesame
  • Vegetable oil 1 tbsp

Preparation:

  1. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and add parsley.

Cooking method

  1. Naturally, wash the mushrooms and set aside a little from the total mass for garnish. Pass the rest through a meat grinder (you can chop it finely or finely), put them in a saucepan, add a spoonful of sour cream. butter, carrots cut into large rings and a whole onion. Cover everything with a lid and simmer for 40 minutes.
  2. After the time has passed, pour a glass of water over the vegetables and mushrooms and boil. Boil the mushrooms set aside for garnish.
