  • Hot capsicum – 2-4 pcs. (taste);
  • Garlic and ginger paste – 1-2 tbsp. spoons (how to do it - below);
  • Turmeric – 1 teaspoon;
  • Ground black or red pepper – 0.5 teaspoon;
  • Ground coriander – 1 teaspoon;
  • Sunflower oil for frying;

First you need to prepare all the products. Peel and cut the potatoes. Chop mushrooms, onions, tomatoes (not too thinly and finely).

You can buy garlic-ginger paste ready-made, or you can easily make it yourself. Peel a few cloves of garlic and a small root of fresh ginger (we use 50% garlic and 50% ginger). Next, grind it all in a blender until pureed.

Pour a few tablespoons of vegetable oil into the frying pan. Add the cumin seeds and heat for a few minutes until fragrant.

Now add the potato pieces to this fragrant oil. Fry and stir gently with a spatula until an appetizing blush appears.
