Baked pork with potatoes, mushrooms and a cheese crust is usually called “French meat” in many families, although this dish is not related to national French cuisine. You need to start working with this wonderful dish by preparing the meat. It needs to be marinated. This additional operation will make it incredibly soft, juicy and tender.

Cooking method:
1. Rinse the chicken fillet thoroughly and dry it with a paper towel. No extra water is needed. Cut the meat into medium pieces.
