Preparation:

  1. Wash the chicken fillet, remove films and dry with a paper towel. Cut into small pieces, pour over soy sauce, season with freshly ground pepper and 1 tbsp. l. sesame Stir and leave to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Wash and dry the mushrooms. Peel and cut into small pieces. Heat a frying pan with butter, add mushrooms, salt and add spices. Fry the mushrooms, stirring, until golden brown (4-5 minutes).
  3. Blanch green beans in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Drain in a colander and rinse immediately with cold water to ensure the beans retain their color and remain crispy.
  4. Heat a frying pan with olive oil and fry the chicken pieces until cooked, stirring (3-4 minutes). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Wash cherry tomatoes and fry in olive oil until soft (1-2 minutes). Using a sharp knife, cut into halves.
  6. Make salad dressing - mix 3 tbsp. l. olive oil, 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice, garlic (peeled and finely chopped), a pinch of salt and pepper. Beat with a fork.

5. Drain the marinade from the onion and add it to the plate with the vegetables and mushrooms. I cut the boiled, cooled potatoes into small cubes, add them to the salad, and mix all the ingredients. At the last stage, you need to finely chop the dill and you can start assembling the salad.

  • - a small jar of pickled honey mushrooms;
  • - a bunch of green onions (not only feathers will be used, but also rhizomes);
  • - 3 boiled potatoes (if small, you can take 4);
  • - 300 grams of ham;
  • - 3 chicken eggs (boiled);
  • - mayonnaise.

This salad, as in the previous case, needs to be laid in layers. First, prepare a deep bowl and cover it with cling film. Now lay out the products in this order:

  • mushrooms;
  • green onions (finely chopped);
  • ham (cut into strips or large cubes);

  • - half a kilogram of smoked chicken;

  • - 2 small onions;

  • - 200 grams of any hard cheese;

  • — 2 cloves of garlic and dry spices;
  • - mayonnaise.

First of all, you need to rinse the mushrooms from the marinade, mix them with finely chopped onion and the juice of a third of a lemon and leave for a while while the other ingredients are prepared. Bring the boiled potatoes to a puree state, add spices to them and mix with garlic, previously passed through a press.   • — pickled cucumbers (preferably spicy);
  • - a jar of honey mushrooms;
  • - 2 onions (you can use both white and red onions);
  • - 6 boiled potatoes and vegetable oil.

First, drain excess liquid from cucumbers and mushrooms and chop finely. Boiled potatoes can be grated, which will significantly save your time, and cut the onion into half rings. Now all that remains is to mix everything and add oil. For more piquancy, you can add a little of the marinade in which the honey mushrooms were contained.

This salad consists of 300 grams of boiled chicken, a jar of pickled honey mushrooms, 200 grams. Korean carrots, a jar of canned corn and mayonnaise as a dressing.

  • smoked chicken - 500 grams;
