3. Cut the onion into half rings, saute for 6 minutes, stirring constantly, and lay out the pre-chopped champignons. Leave to simmer over low heat, seasoning with spices.

Clean, wash and chop 600 grams of fresh champignons, not very finely. It is enough to divide the average fungus into 3-4 parts.

Place the champignons in the mold, add salt and mix. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for a quarter of an hour.

Meanwhile, mix a glass of sour cream with 50 grams of flour. Rub the lumps thoroughly.

Add Italian or Provençal herbs and 120 grams of grated cheese (a little more than half of what is available).

Step-by-step cooking process

  1. Mushrooms must be cleaned and washed. Place the mushrooms in a saucepan with 1.5 liters of water and add 1 tsp. salt, boil them for 20 minutes.
  2. Apples need to be peeled and cored. After this, they need to be cut into medium-sized cubes.

  3. Place butter and boiled mushrooms in a baking container. The dish with mushrooms should be placed in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes, until the mushrooms are fried in butter until dry.
  4. You need to add the chopped apples to the container with the mushrooms and pour the mixture with the mushroom broth in which the mushrooms were cooked. Leave in the oven for 10 minutes. until the apples soften.
  5. You need to add 2 tbsp to the sour cream. flour and mix until smooth.
  6. Pour sour cream into the bowl with mushrooms and apples, mix thoroughly and place in the oven for 5 - 7 minutes.

To prepare this hot snack you will need special utensils - a cocotte maker. But if you don’t have such tiny frying pans on your household, you can bake the julienne in a mold and then put it on plates.

The secret of the hot appetizer is the abundance of grated cheese. This component will not spoil julienne, like porridge.

Wash half a kilo of chicken fillet, add water, and cook until tender. Peel one large or two medium onions and chop them into half rings. Fry in a mixture of oils.

Clean and slightly chop 300 g of champignons. Let's add the mushrooms to the onions. Fry for a quarter of an hour. Remove the pan from the heat and turn on the oven - let it heat up to 190 degrees.

The chicken fillet should have cooled by this time. Cut it into small cubes and add it to the champignons and onions. Pour two tablespoons of flour into a dry frying pan. When it turns pinkish, pour in 300 grams of sour cream and mix thoroughly.

4. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. We also send the vegetable to fry with the mushrooms.

5. Cut the juicy tomato into cubes and set aside for now.

To make the consistency of the filling more uniform, you can remove the skin from the tomato. To do this, make a cross cut on the tomato at the base, then pour boiling water over it for 2-3 minutes. After this procedure, the skin separates perfectly.

6. Now let's get back to frying mushrooms and onions. Fry everything for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add the tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.

7. Let's start stuffing the mushrooms. Place the filling in the basket and form a cheese cap on top. Now put everything in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25-30 minutes.

Before you can blink an eye, the appetizer is already ready. Everything is very simple and delicious, just lick your fingers. Eat with pleasure!

Regular mushroom julienne

Meat and fish are optional for this hot appetizer. For regular julienne, you can use pickled champignons (2 jars).

Chop two onions into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil. Strain off the marinade and chop the mushrooms. Add them to the pan with the onions. Add one hundred milliliters of water. Simmer covered until the liquid has evaporated almost completely.

Grate 400 grams of cheese very finely. Add three hundred milliliters of sour cream, previously mixed with two tablespoons of flour, to the frying pan. Place the contents of the frying pan into cocotte makers. Sprinkle with cheese.

  5. Pour mushrooms and onions into a container and distribute them along the bottom of the pan. Place the baking sheet in the oven, which must first be heated to 180°C. Leave at this temperature to evaporate the liquid for 10 minutes.
