  • Thick kefir – 350 ml.
  • Flour – 200 gr.
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Butter – 200 gr.
  • Granulated sugar - a small spoon.
  • Baking powder (baking powder) – 4 g.
  • Salt – a pinch.

For the mushroom filling:

  • Mushrooms (champignons) – 800 gr.
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Onions – 1 pc.
  • Green onions - a bunch.
  • Soy sauce - large spoon.
  • Sunflower oil – 4 large spoons.
  • Fresh dill - several sprigs.

Salt, black pepper - to taste.

For the test

  • three eggs;
  • half a glass of sour cream + half a glass of mayonnaise (you can make it with sour cream or mayonnaise, but I used what was in the refrigerator);
  • one and a half cups of flour;
  • half a glass of warm water;
  • two tablespoons of sugar;
  • a teaspoon of salt;
  • package (ten grams) of dry yeast or baking powder.

Place all ingredients except flour in a container and stir thoroughly. Then gradually, continuing to stir, add flour. The dough should be semi-liquid.

Recipe for kefir pie with potatoes and salted mushrooms

We make the dough for kefir pie with salted mushrooms only from kefir, flour, salt and yeast.

Dough: dissolve 10 g of dry yeast in 1 tbsp. warm kefir, add a pinch of salt, 2 tbsp. sifted flour and knead the dough. Leave the mixture on the counter and cover with a kitchen towel.

  • salted mushrooms (any) – 500 g;
  • potatoes – 4 pcs.;
  • onions – 4 pcs.;
  • vegetable oil - for frying;
  • sesame – 2 tsp;

Wash the mushrooms, cut into cubes, fry over medium heat for 15 minutes.

200 g cottage cheese, 4 eggs, 150 g sugar, 200 g flour, 4 tbsp.
sour cream, pinch of salt, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tbsp. starch, 1 tsp. zest, vanillin. Preparation:

Beat 3 eggs and 4 tbsp. sugar, add sour cream, and then flour with baking powder and salt. For the filling, grind the cottage cheese and mix it with the remaining sugar, egg, vanilla, zest and starch. Pour some of the dough into the mold, spread the curd filling evenly and fill with the remaining dough. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.

How to make an open pie with potatoes, mushrooms and cheese

You can use any mushrooms. If you have forest mushrooms, then boil them first; if you have mushrooms, start cooking immediately.

  • Sugar – 5 g.
  • Mushrooms – 450 g.

  • Flour – 320 g.

Step by step process:
