Thaw the mushrooms and wash them. There is no need to cut the honey mushrooms, but if we use large mushrooms, then they need to be cut into slices. Chop the onion into thin half rings. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces (as for goulash).

Pour oil into a frying pan, fry the onion in it for a couple of minutes, then add the mushrooms and continue frying until all the liquid from the mushrooms has completely evaporated. Then add the chicken fillet and fry, stirring. Fry until color changes. Sprinkle with flour and stir vigorously so that the flour is evenly distributed.

  • Butter – 50-70 g.

  1. First of all, cook the fettuccine pasta. Place it in boiling salted water, boil for 8 minutes and leave in a colander to drain. Cut the peeled onion into very small cubes.

  5. Grate a small piece of celery root on a fine grater and add to the frying pan. Mix all the ingredients.
  6. Cut the pre-boiled chicken fillet into small cubes or tear into fibers, add to the vegetables and mix.
  7. Pour in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, add a pinch of salt and pepper, and mix.
  8. Now pour in the washed rice, pour in 3 cups of chicken broth or regular boiling water, stir and cover with a lid.
  9. Simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes until the rice is cooked. If desired, you can add a clove of garlic for piquancy and sprinkle the finished dish with finely chopped herbs.

Chicken and mushroom pie

Do you want to surprise your loved ones with an interesting dish made from familiar products and not waste too much time? Then the next recipe is for you. This unsweetened pie can replace a full dinner; you can serve it with tea or take it with you for a snack instead of boring sandwiches.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken meat – 370 g;
  • Onions – 1 pc.;
  • Champignons – 300 g;
  • Flour – 2.5 tbsp;
  • Egg – 1 pc.;
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • Salt – 1 tsp;
  • Dry tremors – 3 g;
  • Margarine – 15 g;
  • Water – 2/3 cup;
  • Milk – 1/3 cup;
  • Vegetable oil.

Cooking method:

  1. First, let's prepare the dough. Place the saucepan on the stove, pour in milk and water. Stir and heat a little.

  2. Add yeast, sugar and salt. Stir and leave for 5 minutes. Add soft margarine, egg and mix with a whisk or fork until the products are combined.

  3. Gradually add flour in small parts and mix thoroughly with a spoon, then knead with your hands for 4-6 minutes. The dough should easily come away from your hands. Grease with vegetable oil, cover with cling film or a bag and leave in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.

  4. For the filling, boil the chicken until fully cooked. Cut the completely cooled boiled meat into small cubes. Chop the champignons and onions into cubes or slices of approximately the same size.

  5. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion and lightly sauté it. We also send the chopped champignons there and fry together until the liquid evaporates and a very light blush forms.

  6. Chop the dill, pour it into a bowl and add the completely cooled mushroom sauté and chopped meat there. Mix well.

  7. Divide the dough into two equal parts and roll out. Place the first layer on a baking sheet and distribute the entire filling on top in an even layer. Cover with a second layer and seal the edges tightly.

  8. Place in the oven to bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. The finished pie can be greased with melted butter on top, then its surface will acquire gloss and the taste will have a light creamy note.
