A harmonious combination is obtained by combining fried honey mushrooms with Korean carrots. As the main ingredient, it is better to take one of two types of honey mushrooms - autumn or meadow.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g fried honey mushrooms (preferably small ones);
  • 400 g boiled chicken;
  • 250 g Korean carrots (not only spicy ones are suitable);
  • 7 cherry tomatoes;
  • 2 pickled cucumbers;
  • cheese, mayonnaise, herbs and salt - to taste.

Recipe with step-by-step instructions:

1) wash the mushrooms, drain and fry in sunflower oil until tender; 2) chicken breast - boil and cut into cubes; 3) squeeze the cucumbers and grate them; 4) divide the tomatoes into two equal parts; 5) lay out the salad in layers, regardless of the filling.
