  • fresh champignons – 0.25 g;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • crab meat – 0.12 kg;
  • eggs – 3 pcs.;
  • cheese – 90 gr.;
  • processed cheese – 60 gr.;
  • refueling as desired;
  • spices as needed;
  • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
  • fresh parsley.

Follow steps:

  1. Cut the champignons into small pieces and cut the onion in the same way. Fry the vegetables in a hot frying pan. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  2. Take a container, cover the bottom with cling film, coat with mayonnaise. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and place the first layer. Cover everything with mayonnaise on top.
  3. The next step is to add the fried onion and vegetable. Coat everything with mayonnaise again.
  4. Grate the boiled eggs and place them in the next layer. Add salt to everything and grease with mayonnaise again.

Mushrooms, as a rule, have their own juice, so they can be fried even without the use of oil - due to the evaporation of their own liquid, but this must be done with special care and attention so that the forest gifts do not burn.

  • Prepare fresh mushrooms for use by peeling and rinsing them.
  • Cut the dried fruiting bodies into pieces, as you wish, or in accordance with the recipe.
  • Heat a frying pan over medium heat and carefully pour oil into it.
  • Add the chopped mushrooms and fry over moderate heat, stirring them regularly and turning the unfried side into the frying pan.

Guests arrived, my husband’s friends arrived, I prepared a table for them, and found an interesting recipe that everyone liked. I’ll tell you how to prepare a salad with fried crab sticks and champignons, also fried. I made it in layers, laid it out through an improvised culinary ring that my husband made from a plastic bottle.

  • a pack of good quality crab sticks – 250 g;
  • 300 g of small fresh champignons;
  • 1 onion;
  • several feathers of green onions;
  • 3 chicken eggs;

If your sticks are frozen, first remove the film from them and defrost them slightly so that you can cut them, then chop them into small pieces. Set aside.
